If you grow your own food, mill your own grain, or just try to eat clean, keep your eyes on labels. Governments on both sides of the Atlantic have been quietly lacing your flour — and nearly everything made from it — with a synthetic drug masquerading as a vitamin.

It’s called folic acid, and the more scientists dig into it, the uglier the story gets.

Most folks assume folic acid is just vitamin B9. It’s not. Folic acid is a fully synthetic molecule that doesn’t exist anywhere in nature. Not in your garden. Not in your forest. Nowhere.

The natural version your body actually craves is called folate, or methylfolate. It’s found in leafy greens, beans, liver, and real whole foods… the kind homesteaders have always raised and eaten. Your body recognizes it immediately and puts it to work.

Folic acid, on the other hand, has to be chemically converted before your cells can use it. Dr. Clare Craig, a pathologist and researcher, puts it plainly:

“It is not a food. When you give it to a population, the entire population’s folate levels change — because it’s acting as a drug.”

So why do they use folic acid instead of natural methylfolate? Shelf life. The synthetic version is dirt cheap to make and store. The natural version degrades. That’s it. That’s the whole reason a synthetic drug ends up baked into your sandwich bread.

Breaking: Starting at the end of 2026, the British government is making it compulsory to add folic acid to all non-wholemeal flour used in bread. Every loaf, every roll, every pastry made with white flour in the U.K. will carry this synthetic compound… whether you want it or not.

Meanwhile, Americans have been in the folic acid space since 1998. The U.S. started fortifying flour with folic acid nearly 30 years ago. Canada, Australia, and others followed. If you’re eating commercially processed grain products without reading every label, odds are you’re already consuming it… daily.

Dr. Tim Kelly, an emergency physician who began investigating folic acid after years of scrutinizing public health collateral harm, noticed something alarming in his local grocery store recently. Even organic sausages now list folic acid as an ingredient… because it’s slipping into so many processed foods through fortified flour before the mandate even kicks in.

Here’s where it gets serious for men especially.

Research has linked high folic acid intake to a significantly increased risk of prostate cancer. One widely cited randomized controlled trial found roughly a 2.6 relative risk increase for prostate cancer in men taking just one milligram of folic acid daily. That’s nearly three times the normal risk.

One milligram sounds like a lot. It’s not. Not when folic acid is stacked into your morning cereal, your bread, your crackers, and now your sausages. The amounts pile up fast.

And it’s not just prostate cancer. Folate is foundational to how every single cell in your body operates. It switches genes on and off. It’s the raw material for DNA and RNA. Mess with it, and you’re messing with the engine room of life itself.

Proponents of fortification have always pointed to one justification: preventing neural tube defects like spina bifida in newborns. It sounds compassionate. It’s been repeated so many times it feels like settled science. But Dr. Craig went back to the actual evidence and found the foundation surprisingly shaky.

There are only five randomized controlled trials on this. Four of them studied high-risk women — those who’d already had a baby with a neural tube defect — given high therapeutic doses. That’s not the same as dosing an entire population through their flour.

The one trial involving healthy, low-risk women produced results that should have stopped this program cold.

That study, published in the early 1990s, showed nine baby deaths for every one neural tube defect prevented. Nine. The initial reports celebrated the neural tube findings. The deaths got buried in follow-up safety analysis that public health officials largely ignored.

Furthermore, here’s the cruel irony: folic acid actually blocks the uptake of natural folate — especially in the brain. The brain doesn’t absorb folate passively like the rest of the body. It relies on active transport through a receptor called folate receptor alpha. Folic acid binds to that receptor seven to ten times more tightly than natural folate does, crowding it out. So even while folic acid is being slowly converted in the body, there’s a window where brain cells are still starved of usable folate.

That’s the exact condition that causes neural tube defects in the first place.

What makes this even harder to unravel is that once you fortify an entire population’s food supply, you lose your ability to study the damage. There’s no control group anymore. Everyone’s on it. So when cancer rates shift, when miscarriages climb, when infant mortality ticks upward… it blends into the background noise of modern health statistics and gets called the new normal.

France didn’t fortify. Italy didn’t. Most of continental Europe said no. Those countries now represent the closest thing to a baseline comparison the researchers have left. And that comparison is already getting muddied, because fortification crept into U.K. foods before the mandate even landed.

If you’re already milling your own grain from heritage wheat berries, you’re ahead of most people. Whole grain flour currently has no mandate in the U.K., though Dr. Craig warns that some wholemeal products already contain folic acid voluntarily… so check your labels anyway.

For those still sourcing flour commercially, small local mills may offer an exemption in the U.K. Demand is expected to spike. Get to know your miller now.

Above all, feed yourself real folate the way your grandparents did… dark leafy greens, lentils, liver, asparagus, beets straight from the garden. That’s the folate your body’s been using for thousands of years. No shelf-life calculations required. No government mandate involved.

U.K. readers can sign the parliamentary petition to require access to non-fortified flour. At 10,000 signatures it gets an official response; at 100,000 it gets debated in Parliament. It matters.

The rest of us… stateside or anywhere flour fortification is already the law of the land… need to keep pressing for labeling transparency, support non-fortified local grain producers, and spread the word.

Because right now, most people eating that morning toast have no idea there’s a synthetic drug in every single bite.

Jeannine Larrick has recently been arrested and is currently in Guernsey County Jail. The intention of Ohio authorities appeared to be to prevent Jeannine from testifying against Ohio Child Protective Service authorities, Guernsey county sheriffs, court authorities and Journey Home NYAP foster care – all believed involved in Human Trafficking.

Big Pharma and the WHO have known all along about the HCQ cure for COVID-19.

Everyone at the CDC, NIH and FDA knows that hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) is the silver bullet for the coronavirus.

They also know that, when combined with azithromycin and zinc, the 3-in-1 protocol provides the magic formula for almost anyone with coronavirus disease.

However, what Dr. Fauci, Dr. Birx and Robert Redfield are not telling anyone is that practically every VIP in Washington, D.C. is using HCQ prophylactically.

Everyone knows that Trump has been using it as a preventative as he publicly stated so on multiple occasions.  But no one has revealed that virtually everyone inside the Beltway is also using it.  That’s why they were all shown so often in groups with no masks and not adhering to the recommended social distancing guidelines during the regular coronavirus briefings.  And, they did many of those dog and pony shows right in the middle of the Covid spikes during the first wave.

The real scandal here is that leading politicians, government officials, corporate CEOs and UN administrators all know about the efficacy of HCQ, and yet they have collaborated to deprive the American people of its use.  All the while they, themselves, are secretly taking HCQ prophylactically.

When so many countries around the globe have used Hydroxychloroquine with great success, why is the U.S. fiercely resisting it?

Because the world’s most zealous vaccine salesman — Bill Gates — is determined to bring a COVID-19 vaccine to market.  Word on the street (K Street) is that Gates is also taking HCQ as a preventive.  In fact, he has taken HCQ as a precautionary measure for many years during his travels to the Third World nations that were subjected to his endless vaccine pitches and vaccination programs.

The study, jointly produced by scientists from Guglielmo Marconi University, Central Michigan University and First Moscow State Medical University, claims that 5G millimeter waves stimulate DNA in a way that causes cell nuclei to produce coronaviruses.

“In this research, we show that 5G millimeter waves could be absorbed by dermatologic cells acting like antennas, transferred to other cells and play the main role in producing Coronaviruses in biological cells,” the study states.

David Knight breaks down the groundbreaking new NIH report that sheds more light on what the 5G/Coronavirus connection might be.

“DNA is built from charged electrons and atoms and has an inductor-like structure. This structure could be divided into linear, toroid and round inductors. Inductors interact with external electromagnetic waves, move and produce some extra waves within the cells. The shapes of these waves are similar to shapes of hexagonal and pentagonal bases of their DNA source. These waves produce some holes in liquids within the nucleus. Cancer is only one of the many problems. 5G causes 720 (factorial) different diseases in human beings, and can kill everything that lives except some forms of microorganisms (12). To consider the effects of 5G millimeter waves on biological systems, we propose a model which describes the process of exchanging waves between 5G towers and host cells.”

What was the cause for all these mass arrests? Just one was our very own federal department to help with disasters, FEMA. On Wed. 20 June 2026 former FEMA official David Richardson was executed at Guantánamo Bay following military proceedings that accused him of betraying the nation according to reports circulating within military circles. FEMA was the Federal Emergency Management Agency charged with responding to disasters throughout the nation.

Richardson’s conviction was only the tip of a giant iceberg of FEMA crimes. Apparently for years FEMA had been working with Deep State Cabal Corporate giants like Blackrock and Vanguard which were suspected to be behind recent disasters caused by Direct Energy Weapon Attacks (DEWs).

Over the past few years the DEWS had set fires in Maui, California, Wyoming and Texas; a biochemical lab explosion in Georgia and the Deep State Cabal HAARP weather manipulation causing formation of hurricanes and tornadoes that devastated the back countries of North Carolina, South Carolina, plus attacked Georgia, Tennessee and Florida.

In Hurricane Helene, Maui, Texas, California and Katrina Disasters FEMA personnel were ordered not to respond until as much as a week after the event. FEMA personnel were also found neglecting to save stranded victims, gunned down victims, confiscated donations, theft of disaster funds and supplies, refused to deliver critical supplies, arrested people making rescues on their own, took advantage of victims by stealing out of devastated homes and later, legally stole victim lands.

In the 2024 aftermath of Hurricane Helene there was something very strange, and actually scary, going on in North Carolina. Agents for the federal disaster relief agency FEMA, didn’t arrive for a week after the hurricane hit, and then not only neglected to start saving stranded victims, but confiscated donations, refused delivery of critical supplies, arrested or threatened to arrest people wanting to help and who were making rescues on their own. As of this writing government authorities were still grounding Military Helicopters and wouldn’t give them an ok to fly.

The Mainstream Media was not reporting any of this, even though thousands have gone without food and water for over a week. Hundreds of deteriorating bodies were seen floating in rivers and caught in trees. Whole towns had been wiped out. Worse, authorities were threatening volunteers with arrest if they tried to help, or rescue their neighbors.

The scene was reminiscent of 2023 Maui and 2018 Paradise California Direct Energy Weapon fires that left bodies everywhere, even in vehicles trying to escape.

In all three disasters FEMA was not there to supply aid, give help and comfort to the victims, but appeared to have a sole mission to take advantage of victims, clean up their bodies and take possession of their land.

In Paradise 50,000 died, not the 100 reported by the Mainstream Media. In Maui 2,700+ structures were destroyed, 97 confirmed dead; 1,000+ still missing/ unconfirmed deceased; 4,000+ people originally dislocated, with 3,100 still displaced over a year later. The Mainstream Media hasn’t reported on that either.

The only difference between the 2023 Maui DEW fires and last week’s North Carolina Helene Hurricane disaster was that FEMA arrived in Maui a few days BEFORE the fires started, while FEMA arrived in North Carolina a whole week AFTER Hurricane Helene landed. A little suspicious either way for what was supposed to be a federal disaster relief agency, don’t you think?

Just like in Maui, FEMA did move at some point into the disaster areas, although apparently not to supply aid, help and comfort to the victims, but with a seemingly sole mission to take advantage of victims, clean up their bodies and take possession of their land. At least that’s what a North Carolina woman overheard four FEMA Directors say.

As in Maui and by their own admission, FEMA had no intention to help victims of Helene. “Their soul mission was to do body recovery” a woman said who overheard four FEMA directors talking at the airport. As in Maui there was only one way in and one way out of the affected North Carolina area and it was blocked by FEMA personnel. In multiple places of devastated North Carolina volunteer truckers hauling in supplies were getting their tires slashed. FEMA workers were telling volunteers not to help victims, not even to help neighbors and threatening to arrest those wanting to aid with their own supplies and transportation.

As happened in Maui, seven days after Helene hit First Responders and Service members were still waiting in hotels without deployment orders, while thousands were without food and water.

As with the Maui and California fires, the Mainstream Media was lying about government rescue and aid efforts in North Carolina. It just wasn’t happening: Appalachia SOS Warning! The disasters opened the door for banker owned US Inc. land grabs and worse, FEMA employees kidnapping for the Deep State’s lucrative Child Sex Trafficking, Organ and Adrenochrome Harvesting Ring run by the Satan worshipping Vatican.

On Tues. 8 Oct. 2024 the Global Military Alliance White Hats saved six child victims of Hurricane Helene who had been kidnapped by FEMA Agents for their international Child Sex Trafficking Ring. A White Hat/Red Hat coalition engaged with armed FEMA Agents at the downtown Greenville Airport in South Carolina.

Six blindfolded children flanked by FEMA agents, were being taken from a maintenance warehouse to board a Cessna 441 Conquest. After killing the FEMA Agents and freeing the children, Union forces firebombed the Cessna and FEMA’s ground vehicles.

On that same Tuesday 8 Oct. 2024 in Candler North Carolina near Asheville the White Hats arrested the king pin of all time human traffickers, “High Horseman,” along with 41 of his Satanic Coven members. The coalition had fought off and killed FEMA Agents in order to get to the Satanic Coven of High Horseman whom they had tried to catch for over thirty years.

In North Carolina the White Hat Global Military Alliance had declared War against the FBI and FEMA. There was proof that the US government contract agency for disaster relief, FEMA ordered their agents to gun down Hurricane Helene victims – the same holocaust that FEMA Agents performed in the 2023 Manmade Maui DEW fires.

FEMA was also being charged with Human Trafficking, theft of disaster funds & supplies, and not only gunning down Hurricane Helene victims, but killing victims in Maui, Texas, California and Katrina Disasters.

There was indication that during Hurricane Helene (and as happened in the Maui man made DEW fires) women and children disappeared into the Cabal’s international Human Trafficking Ring.

What FEMA did in the aftermaths of Hurricane Helena in North Carolina was considered an act of war. Forget relief—FEMA brought military-grade weaponry and 3,500 armed personnel. Instead of aid, they delivered body bags. FEMA not only failed to adequately help people in trouble, but actively blocked citizens who tried to help, stole disaster funds and supplies and grounded both Military Helicopters and private planes from flying supplies into disaster areas to rescue victims.

At North Carolina donation centers, unmarked Biden/Harris Administration government-owned Blackhawk Helicopters were filmed deliberately targeting, sabotaging and destroying supplies meant for the victims of Hurricane Helene.

On that same Tues. 8 Oct. FEMA was quietly paying private security firms massive amounts of money to keep Floridians from returning to their homes and businesses after Hurricane Milton.

Why? Perhaps for land grabs? In Florida the Hurricane Milton disaster was believed created for the purpose of making Tampa into one of the Cabal’s Smart Cities where they would have complete control over the population. In North Carolina it was believed the Hurricane Helene disaster was created for control of three Kings Mountain mines.

On 8 May 2003 US Patent 2003/0085296 was granted that verified Hurricanes, Tornadoes and heavy rain could be formed and directed toward certain areas of the country through Cloud Seeding and Sound Wave applications.

Residents of North Carolina maintained that during Hurricane Helene planes were observed Cloud Seeding over the area. Substantial evidence showed the route that aircraft took to manipulate the path of Hurricane Helene- just as planes have been tracked Cloud Seeding over Hurricane Milton. On Sun. 6 Oct. evening Hurricane Milton, along with a plane flying above it, made a strange complete U Turn to head directly to Tampa Florida.

On September 27 2024, the majority of Chimney Rock North Carolina was destroyed by flooding as a result of Hurricane Helene. Two days later as residents struggled to save what they could, the Biden-Harris regime seized the tiny 2.8 square mile village of Chimney Rock under the auspices of eminent domain.

One month before the Cabal’s Blackrock had acquired 2.2 million shares of stock in Kings Mountain Lithium Mine Albemarle Global. With help of Vice President Kamala Harris the US government also suddenly gave the mine $250 million in grant money to open the mine that was full of rare precious metals used in making computer chips.

On 24 Sept. 2024 Kamala was successful in getting permits for the Albemarle Lithium Mine to start mining immediately. She had a reason for that. A major stockholder in the mine was her husband Doug Emhoff. Emhoff’s retirement accounts were also deeply tied to major Cabal funds like BlackRock and Vanguard. The Kings Mountain mine was expected to make over $250 billion.

While the Cabal-created mega Hurricane Milton was on it’s way to devastate Florida and the likely man made Hurricane Kirk was headed straight to London, UK, the White Hat Global Alliance was targeting the Biden/Harris Administration’s FEMA for their Human Trafficking, theft of disaster funds & supplies, and gunning down Hurricane Helene, Maui, Texas, California and Katrina Disaster Victims.

The order directs the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to release all patents currently held under secrecy orders related to human health, bioelectric medicine, and frequency-based therapeutic devices. There are 6,321 of them.

Since 1951, the Invention Secrecy Act has allowed the U.S. government to classify any patent that is deemed a threat to national security. The inventor is issued a secrecy order. They cannot manufacture the device. They cannot publish the research. They cannot tell anyone it exists. If they violate the order, they face 2 years in federal prison.

As of 2025, there were 5,915 active secrecy orders. The government has never disclosed what technologies are being suppressed. But patent attorneys who have reviewed the categories confirm that a significant portion fall under "biomedical devices" and "electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus."

19. This sermon has blessed me, as I'm learning to be more forgiving of the Supreme Court who Denied hearing my case. We know we're right, and believe our cause of exposing the IRS will ultimately prevail, but I've come to recognize that -- as Justice Gorsuch has reportedly said -- that "we cannot hear every case that has merit" -- that it is just impossible to hear every worthy case. That's hard to accept, but easier having been inspired while writing "Total Forgiveness". Having said all that, we have made one last ditch effort and filed a "Rule 44" appeal to SCOTUS for a re-hearing of our case with some additional new information provided to them. That appeal is scheduled for their private closed-door Conference on May 28th this coming week. All your prayers to date have been welcome and appreciated. Over several decades, there have been a myriad of advancements that have made driving much safer and reduced the number of deaths.  This includes developments such as seat belts, air bags, computer-controlled braking, backup cameras, child safety seats, and technologies that provide driver assistance.  As vehicles have become more technologically sophisticated, they can almost drive themselves.

Of late, we are moving closer to fully autonomous, or self-driving cars.  To assist with these autonomous vehicles, Flock cameras can surveil, track, and nab reckless vehicles for more safety.  Eventually, artificial intelligence (AI) will be developed that makes coordination between cars and surveillance cameras seamless.

With these technologies, traffic deaths have been reduced by thousands.  But there is more that needs to be done, which is why vehicles will be equipped with sensors that monitor drivers for impairment or distraction, and track eyes and breath, that is, your biometrics.  Any negative results will make the car inoperable and prevent you from driving.  The federal government is watching out for your safety; we should all be very grateful.

It isn't really clear when the federal government began this campaign as Big Brother over our safety in traveling by vehicle.  Also not clear is whether this is really about safety or control.  Nah, the idea that our government would want to use this as a surveillance tool is conspiratorial; the government exists to protect our rights.

In spite of all the claims that nefarious organizations, like the United Nations (UN) and World Economic Forum (WEF), possess goals that are intended to reduce the world population (which is monitored closely), both go to great lengths to ensure they only have our best interests at heart and ensure every human lives a long, healthy, and safe life.  One of those areas is road safety.

The UN itself has had major concerns about road safety, going so far as to create resolution A/RES./74/299, Improving global road safety, in 2020.  From 2021 to 2030, the target is "preventing at least 50% of road traffic deaths and injuries by 2030."  One involved UN organization assisting with this is the World Health Organization (WHO).  Well, actually, it has been surveilling road safety since at least 2009.  The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) imports this UN agenda into the U.S., calling it the Safe System approach.

Included in this resolution are requests for road and vehicle improvements, strengthened laws and law enforcement, and better emergency care, which surveillance systems seem to provide.  Then there is the standard encouragement of walking, cycling, and using mass transportation for increased safety.

But, in truth, the UN and WHO have been building this surveillance/control, rather than this "safety" system, much longer through its Decade of Action for Road Safety 2011-2020 declaration.  With pure intentions, it vowed to ensure healthy lives; promote well-being with inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable cities; build road infrastructure safety management systems and safer cars; enhance road user behavior; and improve post-crash responses.  The world is so blessed to have these entities looking out for humanity's well-being.

Not to worry, road safety will continue to improve with the UN global initiative, AI for Road Safety.  The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) is a UN agency that is "connecting" the world digitally and was charged with the task of launching the initiative in 2021.  It will connect AI with all the road safety mechanisms being put into place.
