The best evidence for God is nature itself. The perfect balance, the perfect variety, the perfect beauty, only altered, only destroyed by mankind himself through the wrong use of free will.

Only then should we go to the Bible and read the word of God, in the New Testament first of all, before delving into the wisdom of the ancient scriptures which preceded it.
For this reason the New Testament should be at the beginning of the Bible, not the end. But this is just another example of mankind’s flawed understanding, his flawed nature.
We do not have to be at the mercy of this flawed nature. We have within ourselves the ability to embrace the divine, learn from the divine, and embody the divine.
It is given to us as a free gift if we love the truth, believe in the existence of the truth, as a stand alone, uncontaminated by human nature, ie human error, which we can only understand from the story of man’s fall, and resurrection in Jesus Christ, as long as we have that love for the truth mentioned earlier, and pursuit of the truth, forsaking all else to come to a knowledge of it, embrace it, and live by it, at all times, places and circumstances, no matter what, to the point of being prepared if necessary to die for it.
This is the call on mankind from the beginning. Unfortunately the very first human beings failed it, which placed us all at a great, for some, almost impossible disadvantage. Those who do not have a love for truth and the discovery of truth. This is why Christ died. To open up for us the grace necessary to establish and be established in the truth.
But this opening is about to close, as mankind has made its choice.
