All district courts agree to accept a Supreme Court decision.
That’s fact.
If a district court judge does his own “interpretation” of the law and it conflicts with the constitution, the judgment is void.
The Supreme Court is Supreme. It doesn’t have to revisit a decision it made as if a lower court can change their decision.
The lower court has to keep the case and come in compliance with the supreme Court
