「2012雞籠中元祭」將開跑，市府舉辦一系列藝文活動。文化局首度推出「中元祭APP」，民眾只要用手機下載，即時上傳扮鬼臉照片，就有機會獲獎。第一場活動「海洋嘉年華」下周六就登場，但APP仍然未上架，官方網頁上也顯示「建置中」
