新竹縣芎林鄉海梨柑聞名,有海梨柑故鄉美譽,鄉民黃坤平、呂梅桂夫妻以海梨柑入味,製作海梨柑梅酥,用梅子酸對比海梨柑的甜度,在傳統農產品中,走出新天地。
