营养价值:“山珍猴头、海味燕窝”。猴头菇有提高机体免疫力,延缓衰老的功效。

主料:猴头菇

辅料:花生、冬笋、青红椒

调料:盐、蘑菇精、糖、老抽、醋、油、生粉、姜、玉米粉、花椒、干红椒段

做法:

1.冬笋,青红椒切丁,猴头菇裹上玉米粉,分别炸至里酥外脆。

2.炝锅,放入冬笋、青红椒,调料,调汁,翻炒均匀。

3下入猴头菇、花生,大火快速翻炒1分钟,即可装盘。
