其实我是想做旺仔小馒头的,但是做的不是很像,但~~~~是,味道出奇的好,所以还是写下来吧!分享给大家。简单又美味哦。
 材料:黄油70克,低筋面粉90克,全蛋液80克,糖粉60克,玉米淀粉20克,奶粉15克,
  
做法
1 将黄油软化,加入糖分,搅打均匀;
2 分3次加入蛋液,搅打均匀;
3 筛入低粉和奶粉,合成较浓稠的面糊;
4 将面糊装入裱花袋;
5 在油纸上挤上每个约2-3克的小圆点;
6 可以用手指头蘸清水,将饼干胚尖尖头按下去;
7 送入预热好的烤箱175度8分钟左右,要观察上色情况而定,当心烤焦。
