【做好一份手擀面】

 

材料:面粉250克,清水120克,细盐0.5克

 

制作:

1 将细盐用清水融化;

2 将淡盐水冲入面粉中,用筷子搅成面絮;

3 用手将面絮揉成光滑的面团,盖上一块湿布,饧上15分钟;

4 将面团再反复揉搓一遍,案板上撒上干面粉,将面团压扁,往四周擀开;

5 将压扁的面团擀成很薄的薄片;

6 用刀切成均匀的面条;

7 在切好的面条上撒上点干面粉,用手抖开即可。

 

 

 

 制作心得:

1 加盐、多揉、面干可使面条筋道;

2 宽面要尽量的薄,细面可擀的比宽面厚点;
