超懒人做法的—榴莲冰激凌

材料:


蛋黄2个,


牛奶200ML,


淡奶油150ML,


榴莲肉180克,


砂糖60克






做法:


1、蛋黄中加入砂糖,搅拌均匀;然后加入牛奶,在小火上煮,边搅拌边煮,快煮开的时候立即离火;


2、马上冲入淡奶油搅拌均匀;


3、加入榴莲肉搅拌均匀;


4、
入冰箱冷冻仓2个小时,冻到基本全硬,(冻全硬了也没关系,拿来解冻一会;)

5、用打蛋器高速打3分钟左右,看到体积膨大了,组织更细腻了,就是打好了,重新冷冻硬就可以挖来吃了。
