材料:
淡奶油250ML
纯牛奶500ML
细砂糖60克
香草荚1/2根
制作:
将香草籽刮下,将牛奶、奶油、砂糖、香草籽倒入盆中搅拌均匀
(香草籽、砂糖可以先和牛奶在锅里煮下,待冷却后再和奶油混合搅拌,更香醇)
将冰激凌液体送入冰箱冷冻2个小时,基本成固态,用电动打蛋器打至体积膨
胀起来。
送入冰箱冷藏继续冷冻变硬就可以挖球吃啦!!!
