北海道戚风,传说中最柔软的戚风蛋糕,蛋白的湿性发泡和粉的超低含量使它将戚风的柔软湿润发挥到了极致。子瑜妈妈做的不地道,没有放香草,面粉量也没有做到极致的低,工艺上简化很多,做法简单化了,所以,只好称它为子瑜妈妈版北海道戚风了。不过~~~味道好的不要不要滴~感兴趣的亲可以试试这个版本哦

制作心得:

1、现在夏天,奶油最好坐在冰块上打,不然很容易打过头;

2、时间和温度仅供参考。这里烤箱型号:长帝贝贝•CRWF32AM
