A Message For All The Light Workers Who Are In Leadership Positions.

I am El Morya, I greet you, I bless you, I wanted to talk about something, The Power. Many interpret power as influence, as the authority that a person has over others or over institutions. The power misused in this society, on this planet, has been power to control the masses, a power to enslave them, a power to keep them subdued, kneeling to their designs.

The power seen from what we will call the institutional point of view is a power that must change now; it must be the true power that is used as a representation to help the masses, the people, humanity. It is a power that we must focus on as a leadership directed at the masses, a leadership with spiritual intelligence, a leadership that reaches and unites the masses for their benefit, for the people, for beings, and more particularly for beings of light, because I am talking about the new power, the new humanity.

The leader who exerts power must do so from their spirit, from their being; it is not an autocratic leadership, humiliating or seeking their own influence, their own benefit. Because we see that those in power benefit at the expense of the people, the benefit is for them and not for the people. The people, the citizens have put them in power, and after assuming power, they forget about the people, because these are familiar powers, accustomed powers that, in their great majority, do not truly obey the vote or the designation of a people. Independence allows the people to elect them, and when they assume power, it seems they do not know the people who placed them there, and they begin to obey other powers and use their power to enrich themselves, to profit, and to enslave the people.

Beloved, that type of power is completely discarded for the New Humanity, the new leaders, the new powers that will be exercised, will be a power based on love, a power based on the true feelings of the being, where the first benefactor is the human being, the Christic being. There will continue to be powers, an evolved power, a power that is managed from within, from the spirit, a power with consciousness, with wisdom to truly help the masses.

I tell you this, my beloved, because I know that many are tired of this regime of power that governs the planet. The people are only useful for elections, for gifts; that is when they take them into account, they seek their approval and then they kick them to the curb and do not care that they suffer, because they will enrich themselves, fill their coffers, and favoritism has friends occupying their trusted positions.

The New Divine Government is beyond this type of leadership of the New humanity, leadership based on wisdom, love, and benefit for all humanity, for the entire Christic being. That is why leaders must be individuals; they must have strength, courage, and power to help and guide the New Christic humanity. The ancient systems fall by themselves.

We have been meeting with all the world leaders, many of whom, as we have informed you in other messages, have joined the new system of power, the new system of divine government, but many have not accepted the new rules of leadership, because aside from that the new systems will not help them with their misdeeds, the energy will not either, and all those clones that are in those governments will soon be removed and true leaders will be placed, leaders of the New Christic humanity, leaders with spiritual content to attend to the New humanity that is ascending to the new Era.

Well my beloved, I just wanted to make this comment and for the rest we continue working as I mentioned last time, the Divine Government is in a quite advanced stage and we are waiting to conclude several negotiations with some leaders worldwide. This is sometimes a bit difficult to find beings who are committed to this new dynamic of governance. Because remember that many are under the old paradigm of coming to power to enrich themselves.

I tell all those beings of light who are in leadership positions to start working under this new scheme, this new paradigm, that their work should be to give, to assist, to help with wisdom, with awareness, with love. This was the message for all the light workers who are in leadership positions.
