健康粗粮——红薯玉米粥

干燥的秋季,咱们多喝点儿粥吧~

红薯玉米粥

用料:红薯1个(重约200克),玉米渣100克,玉米粉约10克;
做法:
1~2.准备好原料,将玉米渣用清水淘洗干净;
3.锅中放入约1500毫升的清水,烧开,然后下入玉米渣,用勺子搅动几下以防糊底,小火,煮约10分钟;
4.红薯洗净去皮,切成块;
5.将红薯块放入锅中,用勺子搅匀,再煮约30分钟(期间最好用勺子搅拌几次);
6.将玉米粉放入碗中,加入约30毫升清水调匀;
7~8.然后将调匀的玉米粉水倒入锅中,用勺子朝一个方向搅匀,煮开,至粥粘稠即可。

经验分享:
1.粥煮开以后,锅盖不要盖严,揭开露出一条小缝,防止溢锅;
2.搅拌的时候,一定要朝一个方向,这样粥才会粘稠。
