冬日暖身汤–山药筒骨汤

材料:筒骨1根,山药、胡萝卜、黑木耳适量
做法
1 将筒骨洗干净入汤锅,加入大半锅清水,烧开后撇去浮沫;
2 加入适量料酒、生姜、葱结,盖上盖子,小火炖1个小时;
3 加入山药、胡萝卜、黑木耳,盖上盖子小火炖半个小时;
4 加盐调味,即可出锅开始啦!!!
制作心得
1 这里用的铁棍山药,比较软糯;
2 筒骨在买的时候请摊主切好,自己整根买回家很难切的;
3 蔬菜不要放太早,可以更好的保留食物的营养价值,盐,我每次都是最后放的;
