I was born and raised in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, attended public schools graduated from Germantown High School in 1965. I matriculated to Cheyney State College in 1965 graduated with a BA Liberal Arts English in 1969 then matriculated to the University of Pennsylvania where I earned an Masters in City Planning in 1971. Married to Sonjia Harmon, I\'m now a retired Philadelphia Juvenile Probation Officer currently enjoying working as the Cheyney University National Alumni Association president, writing and producing Internet radio programs.
