I am rejecting this response because: What I do not understand about direct express, is why would you waste someone’s time perpetrating, pretending when you know you are lying and do not care, nor give a da*n and have already proven in their actions they were not concern nor had interest about this matter regarding my
account and millions of other people they have stolen money from and their identity and this is how you catch a lair, because why now is direct express all of a sudden, acting like they are so concern about assisting me and discussing this matter about my account and when before when I contacted customer service 6 and
7 times seeking their assistance they had no interested, nor were they concern whatsoever discussing this matter with me regarding my account and each time when I was attempting to ask them, why have they put a fraud suspension on my account and are preventing me from accessing my funds and for what reason and
purpose was this fraud suspension place on my account, if the account was not suspected with fraudulent activity and Direct Express reply to me and said in their own words, the fraud suspension was to prevent fraud and Direct Express was unaware of themselves and got caught in their own lie changing their stories around
and telling me I could contact Comerica Bank, like if they had something to do with this fraud suspension and this was what the first representative was telling me, and she was unaware of herself and got caught in a lie changing her stories and said the fraud suspension was already in place on my account when Direct Express credit
card was first issue by Comerica Bank, and she was also indicating the government have authorized a fraud suspension be place on Direct Express credit cards accounts to prevent fraud and this is how you can catch people in a lie, because if the fraud suspension was already in place on my account and other people, from the
time the credit card was first issue by Comerica Bank, how was I and other people was still able to have access using money from their credit card on different dates and months and year, if a fraud suspension was already in place on people credit card accounts when Direct Express credit card was first issue by Comerica Bank and
people from all around the world are experiencing the same problem with Direct Express and have file complaints and you can see from consumer complaint reports, people had fraud suspension place on their Direct Express credit card accounts on different dates and months, and year and Direct Express story didn’t
seem to add up what they were telling me, because if the fraud suspension was already there in place on people credit card accounts from the time when Direct Express credit card was first issue by Comerica Bank how could people was still able to have access using money from their credit card, if the card was lock are block and
how could people’s money be stolen from their credit cards, if their card was locked, are blocked and how was this money still missing from people credit cards, if their card was lock and people was not able to access their accounts and funds and if people were unable to access their accounts and funds, how were people credit card
with their personal information were still being use and people living from different locations around the world have received credit card statements from direct express, with unauthorize charges and how were people still being charge for unauthorize charges, if they themselves were not able to access their accounts and
funds with their credit card, and if they needed a new card replacement because of lost are damage card, how was this money still missing from people credit card, if they were not able themselves to access their accounts and funds and charges on people credit card statement are showing from different locations, these people
never been before are have shopped from and why is direct express refusing to send some people replacement cards because of lost are damage card and have requested people to send them their personal information and identification before they can receive a new card and Direct Express personally use this information for identity
theft, stealing people’s identity and if direct express were concern and cared about helping people, why have they treated people this way and being rude to people, hanging the phone up on people and not answering people phone calls and leaving people on the phone for hours and this does not sounds like someone who cares and
is concerned about helping people. And direct press, along with the parties involved needs to take responsibility for their actions and crime they have committed and turn themselves in to the feds and police and be sued and persecuted according to the law and be forced to pay back every dollar and cent they have stolen from
people along with extra causes, for causing people stress and anxiety and because of their arrogance and misconduct behavior, people have lost their homes and became homeless and could not pay their bills and rent and by food and medical supplies and some people were even hospitalized due to lack of medication and stress
because they did not have the money, and how can these people go to bed at night not having a clear conscious knowing they have stolen from people and how will they feel if someone has done them the same way and there is no excuse are justification in the world for this kind of sick out of control behavior, and this is a
huge case for court, because people have proof and evidence and recorded conversations and unauthorized credit card statements and written statements and police reports and medical statements and unpaid bills, they are a victim of fraud and identity theft and abused and this is enough information and evidence, to take
direct express butt to court and be persecuted and sued according to the law, because there are millions and millions of witnesses from around the world in different locations and the main one who is to blame for this, is the government and Donald Trump and how do these people live with themselves knowing they are
nothing but a piece of sh*t and bastard and these selfish and nieve people deserve to get a taste of their own medicine including Donald Trump and withholding personal information and classified documents and Donald Trump have funded money to outside sources and from within the United States to support criminals

involved, and the only time when a business can place a security alert are freeze on a person accounts, if they suspect any kind of fraudulent activity and if they suspect fraudulent activity on a person account, they are supposed to inform the person about it through email are phone and the person have the right to request a copy of
their credit card statement showing when and where this activity occurred on what dates and month and year and why didn’t Direct Express contacted people and informed them, if they suspected fraudulent activity on their accounts and why have Direct Express place a fraud suspension on people Direct Express credit card
accounts, if they didn’t suspect fraudulent activity was involved and Direct Express and government officials is breaking the law and are authorizing this on their behalf and have place a fraud suspension on people accounts not involving fraudulent activity and are preventing people from accessing their funds has nothing to do with
fraudulent activity involved and each time when I was attempting to ask the second and third representative, why does this fraud suspension still remains on my account, if the account is not involving fraudulent activity and Direct Express did not want to answer my question and hanged the phone up on me, and I contacted
Direct Express customer service the fourth and fifth time and requested I would like to file a dispute and speak to the supervisor, and I was left on the phone for hours waiting to speak to a supervisor and after a long wait my call was direct to a
supervisor and when I was attempting to explain to her regarding this issue, the supervisor hung the phone up on me.
Dated June 17/2025, time approximately 3:05pm I have spoken with Direct Express Cardholder Advocacy Group person’s name Jason over the phone regarding my account, and I asked him what is his last name and he reply and said he could not give me his last name for security purposes, and I explain to him about
my situation and fraud suspension regarding my account and I was not able to access my funds and Jason reply back to me and said in his own words, direct express has not placed a fraud suspension on my account, and I had to use less dollar amount on my credit card and on June 5th and the 6th of 2025 I was not able
to process my transaction because of this fraud suspension and was unable to access my funds and I contacted Direct Express customer services 6 times in the same day and on June 6, 2025 and each time when I was attempting to ask them, why have they put a fraud suspension on my account and are preventing me from
accessing my funds and for what reason and purpose was this fraud suspension place on my account, if the account was not suspected with fraudulent activity and Direct Express reply to me and said in their own words, the fraud suspension was to prevent fraud, and she was also indicating the government have authorized a fraud
suspension be place on Direct Express credit cards accounts to prevent fraud and this is how you can catch people in a lie and Direct Express was unaware of themselves and got caught in their own lie changing their stories around and I was not informed of this and had no way of knowing, Direct Express has just put a fraud
suspension on my account, not until after I was unsuccessful and was not able to process my transaction on June 5th and the 6th and again on June 14 -17 of 2025 and Direct Express has changed their story again and on June 17/2025 I have spoken with Direct Express Cardholder Advocacy Group person’s name Jason over
the phone regarding my account, and I asked him what is his last name and he reply and said he could not give me his last name for security purposes, and I explain to him about my situation and fraud suspension regarding my account and I was not able to access my funds and Jason reply back to me and said in his own words,
direct express have not place a fraud suspension on my account and I had to use less dollar amount on my credit card and if my account were not being block, then why am I still unable as of today June 18/2025 to access my funds, if my account were not block and why were Jason so concern about how much money I was using
on my own credit card, if it didn’t concern him, and in a phone conversation on June 17/2025 time approximately 3:05 pm Jason told me in his own words I had to use less dollar amount on my credit card, and what business concerning Jason telling me how much money I am supposed to use on my credit card, if it did not
concern him nor was none of his da*n business and Direct Express think they can control how much money people are supposed to use on their credit card and what business of theirs, how much money people are supposed to use on their credit card and is a person’s business how much money they want to use on their credit card,
and how would they like if someone told them how much money they are supposed to use on their own da*n credit card and why did Jason refused and could not give me his last name to verify his identity, if he was a real cardholder advocacy and also between June 5th and 6th of 2025, I contacted PayPal regarding unsuccessful
transactions because of my credit card and PayPal have told me Direct Express told them I lost my credit card, and I still have my credit card with me as of today June 18/2025.
