Is Single Family Home Zoning Racist?....OR Just A Plan to Destroy American Home OWNERSHIP?

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

Single Family Home ZoningI heard a recent headline read by Darren Weeks, host of Govern America, along the lines of single-family home ownership being called “racist.” I have believed for quite a while that there is a mainstream press narrative that has purposely been dragging the “single-family home” zoning topic through the mud and made it all about race. Let’s look at the overall picture—if you want to divide the citizens of America and destroy their wealth, you make everything about race. This is what I believe is behind the “owning a single family home is racist” scenario.

Is “single-family” ownership really about race?

I’m not saying that there has never ever been a racism incident of any kind in the real estate industry in American history—that would be a naive statement. What I am saying is that I believe the establishment is trying to discourage home ownership and dilute personal property rights in general. They are currently using racism to put a wedge between different groups of people in order to divide them. Race is the obvious strategy to try and tear the country apart. As time goes on, I think we’re going to see even more of a clash between the social strata—the lower, middle, and upper classes.

But let’s get back to the real estate question that I opened with, “Is single-family home zoning or owning a single-family home racist?” This is ridiculous. First of all, owning a single-family home has been an American dream, goal, and reality for Americans of all races for a long time. Owning a home is a first step for the average, hard-working American person to have a chance to build wealth and be more independent.

Buying a home of any kind has given American people of all races a chance to start investing in themselves. When someone buys a first property, sells it, maybe makes a profit, and then buys another property—he or she is building wealth.

I believe the prostitute press narrative is trying to squash the American dream idea in hopes of eliminating the American peoples’ ability to be self-sufficient—that is what this is all about.

World Economic Forum says you will own nothing and be happy—including your home

Like I said, “race” is a strategy. The end game is the establishment does not want an average, hard-working person to build or have wealth of any kind—that’s what they’re gunning for. That’s what this whole thing is about. Listen to the devils at the World Economic Forum. They have stated, “You will own nothing and you will be happy.” Klaus Schwab wasn’t joking. He was completely serious. They want us to own nothing. If people don’t have a chance at home ownership, how can they build a nest egg? Buying real estate allows people to get ahead financially and allows them the ability to pass their wealth onto family members. They don’t want that. In fact, they want us all to rent.

I don’t know about your city, but in my area, rents are out of sight. The rents are ridiculous and pretty much impossible for the average working person. The supposed “affordable” housing apartments are about $2100.00 on average per month for a one-bedroom apartment, approximately 650 to 700 sq. ft. A two- bedroom is about $3200.00 and, I saw a three-bedroom listed at $4000.00. These are not affordable—and they know it.

Skyrocketing home prices, interest rates, and being outbid by cash buyers & investors

COVID lockdowns seemed to be the catalyst that got people moving, selling, and buying in markets across the country. The high demand resulted in escalated prices. Investors entered the game and this put even more pressure on low inventory that further raised prices. Time and time again “cash” buyers outbid the average homebuyer. Eventually interest rates increased and those that needed to mortgage homes found it difficult to buy.

The biggest obstacle is the institutional investor crowd. Not only are they going into neighborhoods and buying “one offs”—they are going into large home builder developments, like those built by DR Horton or Lennar, and they’re buying up entire communities.

According to a Guardian.com article, “Some companies also use algorithms to place bids within hours of homes being listed, and Wall Street-backed institutional investors are viewed as particularly problematic.”

One lady said she knew people that made as many as 15 offers and still got outbid.

So for the average buyer that does not have cash in hand, it may be near impossible in some markets to buy. All of these variables are playing a role in whether someone can afford to buy or not.

What they are hoping for: Multifamily “stack and pack” communities

The establishment is thrilled because if you can’t afford to buy they are hoping to move you into one of what I call huge “stack and pack” multifamily rental developments. These are not just your average apartment buildings. They are gargantuan, densely populated, multifamily villages as far as the eye can see.

I suspect local governments are wooing some institutional investors to come in and development some of these apartment farms, maybe subsidize them, while encouraging more dense communities that bring larger tax bases to the area. This is another variable that needs to be taken into account.

No cars, sustainable development, walkable communities

At its core, I believe this dense population plan is from the United Nations, green, sustainable development agenda. An article that came across my desk this week showcased such a multifamily, no cars, walkable community in Tempe, Arizona called, Culdesac, a huge multifamily development project that appeared to be a sort of precursor to the “15 Minutes City” idea where everything you need is in walking distance from grocery shopping, retail, restaurants, exercise facility, and dog walk park to courtyards and green spaces—you don’t have to leave the complex. In fact there are no car parking spaces to discourage vehicle ownership, but you do get an electric scooter.

They make it sound like a sustainable development utopia. They are all packed one unit on top of the other. The rents range from$1300.00 to $3200.00 per month based on apartment size. If you can’t afford the rent, no worries, I suspect someday you’ll be able to have the rent subsidized via your New World Order, monthly universal basic income stipend.
