Like previous crisis actor events like Sandy Hook etc., the actors got paid and so Crooks is alive and well and he will be a rich little man for ever. He had to fit the mask and the police sniper was patiently waiting for him to fit it on and then he SHOT THE BLANKS as a sign for Vaxtrump to crush the movie blood capsule next to the ear. I see some similarities to the JFK assassination. Obviously is the lax or stood down security. And the real sniper could have been inside the building behind Crooks and slightly above him shooting through a window like in JFK . The bullet trajectory would be similar so no one would suspect.
