Williams inserted a video clip featuring a large jumbo jet – as Williams and Rothschild made references to ridiculous things Sawyer said about ‘shooting down airplanes’. The ridiculous scripted discussion, which involves the VERY REAL subject of children being raped, tortured, and murdered, caused Phil Williams to actually “smirk“.

An online researcher who has traveled to scummy retired General Michael Flynn’s QAnon events and has been embedded deep inside the psychological operations developed by scummy Flynn and disgraced attorney Lin Wood, made an observation about the Phil Williams, News 5 segment about Sawyer.

“Even when I listened to Craig commenting back to Phil about the planes- listen to his voice- he says it in kind of a sarcastic joking way- that’s not his usual style. I am the Plaintiff in Holmseth v. Page et al – 3:22-cv-00912 (RICO) Middle District of Tennessee, as well as related case 2:23-cv-00011 Eastern District of Tennessee.

I have observed a video on social media (Rumble) wherein Craig Randall Sawyer, Veterans For Child Rescue Inc. announced he is working with law enforcement in the Nashville area. Sawyer said 70 warrants regarding sex and children are being processed and arrests are going to be made. In a subsequent video posted by Craig Sawyer he stated the operation is called “Operation Clean Sweep”.

I subsequently observed news reports from WTVF News 5 Nashville that appear to reveal “Operation Clean Sweep” is associated with the Millersville, Tennessee Police Department and “Shawn Taylor”.

On May 21, 2024, Craig Sawyer posted a video on social media that featured the faces of people and what appears to be law enforcement carrying guns, as they execute “Operation Clean Sweep”. Sawyer included a link to his website for Veterans For Child Rescue Inc. where he is soliciting donations (via interstate communications) based upon the alleged law enforcement activity he shows in the video.

I have the following questions for City of Millersville, Tennessee.

1. Has the City of Millersville, Tennessee entered into any formal or informal Joint Powers Agreement with Craig Randall Sawyer and/or Veterans For Child Rescue Inc. on “Operation Clean Sweep”?

2. Is the City of Millersville, Tennessee requesting donations through their Joint Powers Agreement with Craig Sawyer and/or Veterans For Child Rescue Inc. to solicit donations via the Web to fund “Operation Clean Sweep”?

3. Is the City of Millersville, Tennessee holding any Bond regarding Craig Randall Sawyer individually, and/or Veterans For Child Rescue Inc. and/or any other joint venture agreement City of Millersville may have with Craig Randall Sawyer and/or Veterans For Child Rescue Inc.

4. Can you please provide me with a copy of the Joint Powers Agreement.

5. Can you please provide me with any Bond gathered in conjunction, with, or without, the Joint Powers Agreement.

6. Is the City of Millersville, Tennessee operating under Joint Special Operations Command, the U.S. Department of Defense, and/or any other U.S. Military?
