Tanya Biss contacted War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth today and provided details of a massive spy network she says she uncovered within Biss Law Office.

“Steve was brought here specifically to work with the Canadian military to take our data.  During the RTC they shut down all the banks and auctioned off more property than had ever been at one time transferred.  Think 400 million dollar lots selling for 35 million… I have the receipts,” Tanya Biss said.

“They used Steve’s access to data to get the SEC to decimate these companies like AIG by lawsuit. Then Steve had rich friends buy these down on their luck no money for lawyers’ entities like AIC in 2011… they bought for 100k and one guy Leibovitz had 720,000 shares (that is 255,000,000 ish today),” Tanya Biss said. “He started Cabot Lodge Securities Cabot Lodge Wealth Investments and they form all these mortgage brokerages and banks from dumping gov[ernment] data contracts into them using the 144 rule to go around the securities laws that make reporting mandatory. Class B stock. Then they change the name of the company and then turn it into common shares by dumping it into shell companies. It’s very sophisticated and took me decades to figure out,” Tany Biss said.

SEC.GOV defines the 144 rule: When you acquire restricted securities or hold control securities, you must find an exemption from the SEC’s registration requirements to sell them in a public marketplace. Rule 144 allows public resale of restricted and control securities if a number of conditions are met.

“[Kash] Patel / [Dan] Bongino have not returned any emails or texts from me,” Tany Biss said.
