The video features body-cam footage from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office captured at the residence of Christopher Edward Hallett who was shot and killed in his kitchen by multiple gunshots to the back of the head on November 15, 2020, in Ocala, Florida.
In the video you hear eyewitness Shannon Mutter-Tanis panic and tell her minor (at the time) daughter Lilliana Lafranca-Tanis “DON’T SAY A THING! DON’T SAY A FUCKING THING!”
Neither Shannon Mutter-Tanis or her daughter were tested for gunpowder. Neely Petrie-Blanchard who was subsequently charged with 1st Degree Murder based upon the eyewitness testimony of Shannon Mutter-Tanis and her daughter was not tested for gunpowder either.
