PROSECUTION WITNESS IN FLORIDA vs. BLANCHARD FIRST-DEGREE MURDER TRIAL SAYS SECOND PERSON INVOLVED! (IT WAS A CONSPIRACY!!!)

The State’s star witness in the murder trial of Neely Petrie Blanchard has implicated a second person – and thus a CONSPIRACY.

So… now we know why… the videotaped interview of the FBI with Neely Petrie Blanchard after she was arrested for the murder of Christopher Edward Hallett completely CONTRADICTS the STATE OF FLORIDA’s assertion that Neely Blanchard killed Hallett because she came to believe he was not really helping her to get her kids back in a prolonged custody matter.

It now appears we know the reason for the contradiction. Evidence shows the narrative of the murder case is a FABRICATION being pushed by Marion County States Attorneys Amy Berndt and Toby Hunt.

Evidence shows the assassination-style murder of Christopher Edward Hallett on November 15, 2020, in Ocala, Florida, did not happen the way the STATE OF FLORIDA claims it happened – and the witness that disproves the State’s version is the State’s very own eyewitness Shannon Mutter Tanis.

The Marion County States Attorney’s Office alleges that on November 15, 2020, Neely Petrie Blanchard became angry at her professional colleague Christopher Edward Hallett and, acting alone, gunned Hallett down in his kitchen – in a shooting that essentially included a ‘kill shot’.

According to the Probable Cause report generated by the investigator of the Marion County Sheriff’s Office there were four (4) individuals in the Hallett home at the time of the shooting. The people in the home were Chistopher Edward Hallett, Neely Petrie Blanchard, Shannon Mutter Tanis, and Tanis’ minor daughter.

The narrative that was developed from the crime scene was not complicated.

• Four people present in the home
• Christopher Hallett was assisting Neely Blanchard with child custody issues
• Shannon Tanis and daughter observed Neely Blanchard pointing gun at Hallett and hearing gun shots
• Shannon Tanis saw yellow on tip of the handgun
• Neely Blanchard fled the scene in a vehicle
• It was speculated Blanchard shot Hallett because she believed he may be working with the government against her to keep her children from her

“Your affiant learned from deputies at the incident location that the victim was apparently trying to help the Defendant with a child custody issue, prior to this homicide,” Marion County Sheriff said.

“During interviews with both [Shannon Mutter Tanis] and [Tanis’ minor daughter] it was speculated that the victim was shot by the Defendant, due to her belief that the victim might have been working against her, or working to assist the government, in keeping her children away from her,” Marion County Sheriff said.

The narrative being pushed by Berndt and Hunt has basically collapsed.

THE SPY PEN 

On January 20, 2021 (approximately 2 months after murder), the Marion County Assistant States Attorney filed SUPPLEMENTAL EXHIBIT #3 containing DEFENDANT STATEMENTS.

“Defendant made a statement to Kathy Watson [emphasis added] that victim had been shot and Shannon and her daughter were in the back bedroom during the shooting. See recording for full statement,” the Exhibit said.

The Statement does not allege Blanchard admits or confesses that SHE (Blanchard) shot Hallett. The Statement simply says Blanchard said, “the victim had been shot”.

Further information pertaining to the crime scene includes the fact that BOTH Tanis and Blanchard said they tried to call 9-11 and it was jammed. Blanchard said she tried to call 9-11, which indicates some kind of emergency was occurring at the Hallett residence that caused Blanchard to try to call 9-11. Other statements by Blanchard show she was in a panic about her children. She told Kathy Waston during a panic-stricken call that she received a weird or ominous message from a man named “Ronnie Knowles” about her children. She said, “does that mean he’s hurt them?”

NOTE: It is noted that Richard Allen, the man who appears to have been falsely accused in the Delphi Murders in Indiana, also feared his family was being hurt, and capitulated to the fear, extortion, coercion, and torture by admitting to the murder over the phone to appease his Odinite captors and PROTECT his family.

The filing by the State contains information that Blanchard (1) admitted to possessing a firearm, (2) made anti-government and anti-law enforcement statements in the past, (3) told a witness she had to stop Hallett because he was “abusing her children”, (4) said Hallett had been shot, (5) threatened to kill her mother regarding her children.

THE MAGICALLY APPEARING CONFESSION ON “THE SPY PEN” 

On December 7, 2021, (over a year since the murder) the Marion County Assistant State Attorney filed SUPPLEMENTAL DISCOVERY EXHIBIT – TANGIBLE EVIDENCE.

The Exhibit said, “AUDIO FILE – Kathy Watson’s Spy Pen call with Petrie-Blanchard”.

The dates of the filings show that an entire year passed before the “Spy Pen” was entered into evidence. 

The “Spy Pen” audio, along with gigabytes of other files, was given to FBI operative William Kevin Murtaugh (who alludes to the fact he is actually James (Whitey) Bulger) by Marion County States Attorneys Toby Hunt and Amy Berndt.

The “Spy Pen” audio sounds like audio recordings of Neely Petrie Blanchard, possibly being recorded in the Marion County Jail, long after the murder, that have been spliced together to sound like Blanchard is confessing to the murder of Hallett.

The “Spy Pen” audio contains a strange, if not outright suspicious, telephone conversation between witness Kathy Watson and a man named Ronnie Knowles (aka Paul Knowles). Objective examinations of the Watson/Knowles audio contained on the “Spy Pen” lead many to think the Watson/Knowles conversation is STAGED.

AND… the STATE OF FLORIDA’S star witness agrees.

Shannon Mutter Tanis, the only adult witness at the scene of the Hallett shooting publicly stated on Twitter that “The Spy Pen” recording was “orchestrated”.

“That Kathy Watson sure did take advantage of knowing she was recording. Fruit from a poisonous tree never falls. Why did the court allow the entirety of theses recording, does the state know that the jury will see the calculated speech to confirm the orchestrating? We shall see…..” Shannon Mutter Tanis said on social media.

NEW EVIDENCE BY SHANNON MUTTER TANIS 

We have acquired a screenshot of a social media communication taking place between “Paul Knowles” “Trisha Forbes” and “Shannon Mutter Tanis”. In the conversational exchange, Knowles and Forbes are talking to each other and Tanis intervenes. “Trisha Forbes are you seriously engaging Knowles. Wtf are you completely unaware of his involvement with Chris’s murder,” Tanis said.
