On March 11, 2025, the Virginia State BAR issued an INTERIM SUSPENSION ORDER dated January 16, 2025, in the matter of ELLIOTT PURCELL PARK.
“The suspension shall remain in effect until the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board determines that Elliott Purcell Park has fully complied with the subpoena duces tecum served on January 16, 2025,” the Order said.
Park is the attorney who claimed he was handling the affairs of Attorney Steven Scott Biss, Biss Law Office, Charlottesville, Virginia. Attorney Biss ‘allegedly’ experienced a Stroke during the same time-window his law office was burglarized and ransacked.
According to one of the many videos published by Manuel Chavez III, he (Chavez) is an employee of the U.S. State Department and, staging from his Nevada location, logged into the Biss Law Office laptop computer of Attorney Biss and downloaded the ENTIRE database of law office files.
Chavez said the “Virginia BAR” possesses the Biss Law Office laptop.
The Biss Law Office laptop contains ABOVE TOP SECRET information and data pertaining to NATIONAL SECURITY and world safety which includes files regarding ABOVE TOP SECRET Nazi programs that involve the torture and murder and cannibalism of children.
