Files containing ABOVE TOP-SECRET military intelligence and details of secret Sovereign Military Order Nazi experiments and child torture programs, including ritual cannibalism, were stolen during a heist by the U.S. State Department from the law office of Steven Scott Biss in Virginia – and the mainstream news never told you.

Here’s what’s going on.

Manuel Chavez III (DEFANGO) is the Nevada man who publicly boasted (SEE VIDEO BELOW) that while he was employed by the U.S. State Department, he remotely downloaded all of the files from the computer of Virgina Attorney Steve Scott Biss – this he said he did during the same time window that Biss allegedly suffered a catastrophic stroke, as well as his office being ransacked.

Biss Law Office works in the area of National Security and his office holds ABOVE TOP-SECRET information within their files.

Biss Law Office is operated by Attorney Steven Scott Biss and his wife Tanya (Cornwell) Biss.

Attorney Steven Biss is an attorney that works in the international intelligence community and is the lawyer of (but not limited to) retired General Michael Flynn and the Flynn family, U.S. National Security official to Director of National Intelligence, as well as Senior Aide to Congressman Devin Nunes, Kash Patel, former CIA Robert David Steele, former U.S. Secret Service Dan Bongino, former House Intelligence Committee Chair Congressman Devin Nunes (now CEO of Truth Social), Dr. Stella Immanuel, former Minnesota Administrative Tribunal Judge Randi Lynn Erickson, and War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth.

According to Chavez, Biss is also [secretly] an attorney for the United States State Department.

The violent crime spree that befell Attorney Biss came after War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth filed an affidavit into the United States District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee that provided details of what appeared to be an “Espionage” operation staging out Biss Law Office – a situation to which Holmseth had alerted President Donald Trump and his attorneys to before making the filing.

Holmseth also alerted the United States Secret Service that the same group engaging in the Espionage were going to try to assassinate President Donald (the attempt was then made on July 13, 2024, in Butler, Pennsylvania).

Attorney Biss was never seen again after the bizarre series of events involving his subspinous “stroke” and the robbery and ransacking of his office – as well as all his files being download by Chavez.

Chavez said during video statements that he (Chavez) was in communications with scummy retired General Michael Flynn and his brother, Joe Flynn, regarding Chavez’s offer to the Flynn’s to publicly take the blame for the “Q” and/or “QAnon” psychological operation.

Chavez categorically stated that agents of the U.S. State Department and Virginia BAR Association took Biss’ files and drove away with those files – never returning them to their owners. One set of files was regarding a RICO lawsuit Attorney Biss authored for his client Randi Lynn Erickson that named Craig Randall (Sawman) Sawyer et al as Defendants. The RICO Complaint details a torture, murder and cannibalism event involving Sawyer and Hillary Rodham Clinton wherein Jessie Marie Czebotar describes how she watched Sawyer torture 4 little girls whereupon Hillary Clinton ate the Pineal gland from one little girl while she was still alive.

Chavez said Binnall Law Group is involved – named Jesse Binnall and Jared Roberts – and said that somebody at Binnall is lying. The Binnall situation is critical because Binnall Law Group was the attorney for President Donald Trump, while also serving as attorney for the Flynn family.

In prior videos published by Chavez he appeared to fire a warning shot at the U.S. State Department and Virgina BAR Association by daring them to contact his employer at the State Department located in Nevada.

Yesterday, Chavez posted a video of himself entering the Citadel, Switch Tahoe Reno, Nevada.

Chavez said he was going to work as he filmed himself entering the highly secured facility and filmed himself walking around inside where he said he was followed by a guard with a gun.
