A Russian Ilyushin Il-76TD cargo aircraft, an airline sanctioned by the US has landed in Venezuela carrying unspecified cargo according to Russian news sites.
It is understood that Russia and US Republic are part of the Global Military Alliance.
With the US military brass affirming their allegiance to the Republic.
