On April 6, 2023, FOX NEWS reported the attorneys of accused Delphi murderer Richard Allen said their client is enduring ‘prisoner of war’ conditions.

Evidence shows Richard Allen, the man accused of murdering Abigail Williams and Liberty German in Delphi, Indiana in February 2017, is, in reality, by lawful classification, a Prisoner of War.

Evidence shows the two girls were not murdered by Richard Allen, but in fact, were ritually sacrificed by a pagan cult that worships Odin, and, that the Odinites are part of a Foreign Military Order that is at war with the United States of America, the American People, and the United States Constitution

Rozzi (Baldwin & Rozzi), the attorneys for Richard Allen, the man accused of murdering Abigail Williams and Liberty German in Delphi, Indiana, have filed a Memorandum in Support of Motion. They are asking the Search Warrant used in the case be deemed illegal and the fruits of the illegal warrant be suppressed.

Since the date of the Baldwin & Rozzi filing, more evidence has emerged.

Evidence shows Baldwin & Rozzi should be formally requesting Baldwin & Rozzi request the United States Military (Department of Defense) intervene in the matter that was brought by the STATE OF INDIANA against Richard Allen under the guise of being a legitimate murder case.

Evidence in the Memorandum filed by Baldwin & Rozzi shows Richard Allen is being tortured in enemy captivity. Evidence shows the torture is being inflicted through a conspiracy that involves members of a pagan cult called “Odinites”. Evidence, including published photos in the news, shows a once healthy-looking Rick Allen now appears starved, traumatized, and dying. Records with the STATE OF FLORIDA reveal the Prosecution and Defense in the murder case against Blanchard received a document entitled “Nefarious Network Report” filed as “Tangible Evidence” that was submitted by Alexandra Koukounakis, Canada.

While evidence shows Baldwin & Rozzi appear to be launching a vigorous defense for their client Rick Allen, evidence shows the attorney of Neely Petrie Blanchard has done little to nothing to defend Blanchard.

We have obtained evidence that Koukounakis has potentially made contact with Blanchard. Koukounakis asks Blanchard if she (Blanchard) has been given the opportunity to examine the Tangible Evidence submitted by Koukounakis entitled “Nefarious Network Report”.
