Does Prosecutor Nicholas McLeland, the State of Indiana’s prosecutor against accused Delphi murderer Richard Allen have Standing to come into the Delphi murder case as a Prosecutor?

Prosecutor McLeland is the man who is being recognized and authorized by the STATE OF INDIANA and COUNTY OF CARROL as being qualified, in all ways, to supervise a double murder prosecution of a man, Richard Allen, who is accused of kidnapping, torturing, sexually assaulting, and murdering two young girls in 2017 – Abigail Williams and Liberty German.

TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH REPORTS has published an independent journalistic investigation called “ARESSTED SUDDENLY” that uncovered details of satanic organized crime – including crimes against children and humanity – with a focus on the cases of Neely Petrie Blanchard (E~Clause Murder, Florida) and Richard Allen (Delphi Murder, Indiana).

On September 25, 2023, Nicholas McLeland, the prosecuting attorney for the STATE OF INDIANA/COUNTY OF CARROL vs. RICHARD M. ALLEN filed an OBJECTION to the MOTION TO SUPPRESS – – – the Memorandum in Support of Motion was filed on September 18, 2023, by Andrew J. Baldwin and Bradley A. Rozzi (Baldwin & Rozzi), the attorneys of Richard Allen (a pharmacy technician known in is his real life as “Rick”).

In short, the attorneys of Richard Allen argue that STATE OF INDIANA ignored evidence that showed not only is Rick innocent of the murders, but, rather, Abigail Williams and Liberty German (Abby and Libby) were ritually sacrificed by several already-identified members of a pagan cult who worship “Odin”. The Prosecution (McLeland) in turn, argues the Defense’s MOTION and MEMORANDUM is “colorful, dramatic, and highly unprofessional” – adding that it is “not completely true”.

At issue then – is the question – were Abby and Libby allegedly murdered by Allen for unknown reasons; those reasons being reasons that are not commonly perceived by society as out of the norm of a double murder of two young girls? Or, alternatively, were Abby and Libby murdered as part of a very organized and coordinated satanic ritual planned and executed as a sacrifice dedicated to a Nordic god called Odin?

In his OBJECTION, Prosecutor McLeland described the Defense’s argument as “colorful, dramatic, and highly unprofessional”.

Attorney McLeland’s choice of words to describe the Defense’s MOTION and MEMO appear to suggest that the double-murder of two young girls should not be described in any terms that are “colorful” or “dramatic”. According to the Defense MEMO there was something at the crime scene that was “painted using the blood of Liberty German“. The word “blood” brings the color red to mind, and the action of painting something with a child’s blood could be perceived as dramatic.

McLeland chastises Baldwin & Rozzi as being “unprofessional”.

What is McLeland’s idea of “professional”?

Is there a reason McLeland believes the Baldwin & Rozzi MEMO violates some rule of the legal profession?  This question becomes instantly complex because attorneys and judges are required to be members of the BAR Association (British Accreditation Registry), which is a private, foreign, self-regulated club whereby the attorneys and judges are not required to carry insurance and they hold no licensing – as opposed to a real judge for the actual government, which is regulated by the Secretary of State.

According to the LinkedIn account of Attorney McLeland, he is a member of “Delta Tau Delta” which is a college fraternity that, according to the fraternity’s own website was formed as “a secret society at the college.”

According to Wikipedia, the fraternity “Delta Tau Delta” to which Prosecutor McLeland openly and proudly claims membership, has been the focus of a great deal of high-profile scandal. The scandals may, at the very least, be perceived as “colorful” “dramatic” and “un-professional”.

The following are a few examples:

1957 – Fraternity member drowned during ritual 

2010 – Ohio University chapter pled no-contest to hazing charges that involved blindfolding and physical abuse

2015 – Florida State University chapter held organized fistfights in the basement of the fraternity house

2015 – Two people stabbed at Tufts University

2016 – In 2016, the West Virginia University chapter was suspended because of an inappropriate audition video for The Real World television series that was filmed inside the chapter house.[36][37] The fraternity and Indiana University were sued in 2016 for negligence in a rape case in 2016.[38][39]The lawsuit claimed that neither the university nor the fraternity removed the accused brother after the first claims of rape nor did anything to stop underaged drinking at the chapter.[38] In a plea bargain, the accused brother pled guilty to a lesser charge of battery in exchange for dropping rape charges stemming from two different incidents, one inside the fraternity’s chapter house.[38][40] In 2018, the court ruled that the fraternity was negligent in failing to remove the brother after the first allegation of rape was made.[41]

2018 – TCU members were hazed and burned – NBC 5 reported, “New members of a Texas Christian University fraternity were blindfolded and locked in a closet, told to perform acts with sex toys and burned when they were forced to hold a lit match while reciting the Greek alphabet, according to a police investigation into hazing. The fraternity, Delta Tau Delta, was ordered to close its TCU chapter last month”.

JESSIE MARIE CZEBOTAR 

During a recent interview on Aquarius Rising, Jessie Marie Czebotar discussed her breakdown of the “system” which she recently set forth in her assessment of the Delphi murders. Czebotar spoke of a “Greek fraternity” and explains how signs at the entry into cities have coded messages for the Brotherhood members to know where to go.

Czebotar said these Brotherhoods frame innocent people for crimes they commit.

Using symbols and signs, they are shown where to go “if they need help covering up their sins,” Czebotar said.

Czebotar’s assessment and description of how Brotherhood members communicate to each other through coding, signs, and symbols, may actually explain why Prosecutor McLeland showed the Delta Tau Delta information on his LinkedIn page.

Czebotar describes what is happening within the secret satanic government, including its connection to Odinism, as a matter of “national security”.

HAZING

Hazing (American English), initiation,[1] beasting[2] (British English), bastardisation (Australian English), ragging (South Asian English) or deposition refers to any activity expected of someone in joining or participating in a group that humiliates, degrades, abuses, or endangers them regardless of a person’s willingness to participate.[3]

Hazing is seen in many different types of social groups, including gangs, sports teams, schools, cliques, universities, military units, prisons, fraternities and sororities, and even workplaces in some cases. The initiation rites can range from relatively benign pranks to protracted patterns of behavior that rise to the level of abuse or criminal misconduct.[4] Hazing is often prohibited by law or institutions such as colleges and universities because it may include either physical or psychological abuse, such as humiliation, nudity, or sexual abuse.

DOES PROSECUTOR MCLELAND HAVE STANDING TO REPRESENT THE PEOPLE OF INDIANA and the PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA?

Prosecutor McLeland clearly has no trepidation about declaring his membership in a fraternity that engages in torture, sexual assault, and hazing that has resulted in death.

McLeland chastised Richard Allen’s attorneys for describing the crime and/or murder scene in ways that were “colorful” “dramatic” and “unprofessional”.

In the photo, the young man who is on the bottom appears to be in pain as result of the other young man’s penis being shoved inside of him. There is a small group of man sitting around watching and laughing. One man is filming with his camera.

Attorney McLeland’s best thinking and professional judgement told him to publish his affiliation with a fraternity that has been widely reported in the mainstream news as engaging in hideous and disgusting sexual practices and torture.
