Did Archer spill the beans about James ‘Whitey’ Bulger?
It is widely reported that an attorney contacted the U.S. Clerk in the Hunter Biden case and tried to trick the Clerk into removing court filings using misrepresentation, trickery and fraud.
But it didn’t stop there.
There are developments in the Holmseth federal case.
Federal court records on PACER show Timothy Charles Holmseth filed a report of Mail Fraud to the U.S. Court in Tennessee’s Eastern District for case number 2:23-cv-00011.
Exhibitive evidence in the filing shows Holmseth learned an Order from the Court had been mailed to him through the USPS. The mail was returned to the Tennessee courthouse in Greeneville because according to the USPS delivery person it was undeliverable.
Here’s what happened next.
Holmseth showed that when he learned the mail was not delivered, he visited the UPS store in Hudson, Wisconsin where the supervisor told him their facility did NOT reject any mail and proved it by providing Holmseth with a stamp that should’ve appeared on the envelope – but didn’t. Evidence shows somebody made a conscious decision to not deliver that piece of U.S. Mail from the U.S. Court to Holmseth.
The August 1, 2023, filing by Holmseth shows screenshots from the twitter account of an FBI operative named William Kevin Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida. The evidence shows that almost immediately after the U.S. Mail was returned to Holmseth, Murtaugh announced to the public that Holmseth was running a scam and overseeing a cult. Murtaugh said the mailing address Holmseth provided the U.S. Court had been deactivated by Holmseth in 2022 (which is obviously not true).
