Shortly after I arrived, a lone Newport Police officer named A. Ladd pulled up and came to the door. He claimed he needed to do a welfare check on my daughter’s children because of an incident with her vehicle being ‘all over the road’. He insisted on knowing five of my grandchildren’s names and demanded to see them whereupon he filmed them with his body cam. I filmed the cop. My video file timestamp is 4:17 PM. The police officer waited from BEFORE 3 PM to approximately 4:15 PM to perform his FAKE welfare check. He waited until he SAW ME pull into the driveway. It is my legal position based upon troves of evidence that Officer A. Ladd was sent to kill me with his service weapon. The reason the cop balked was because he feared I was Livestreaming him.
