Dear Ms. Schmid,

As you know, all the major networks are reporting on the unprecedented fraud scandal that is unraveling in the State of Minnesota. The scandal pertains in large part to the theft and misuse of taxpayer money to fund and provide material support for what appears to be organized crime – and possibly international money laundering to a foreign military apparatus that invaded the United States from within.

In my capacity as War Correspondent (as deemed by U.S. Judge Clifton L. Corker), I am conducting an independent journalistic investigation into the facts and circumstances surrounding the ongoing situation (which is regularly reported on by the Tracy Area Headlight Herald) between the City of Tracy, Minnesota, Southwest Health & Human Services Board of Health, M&M Property Group, LLC, and others including City of Tracy Administrator Jeff Carpenter, who appears to be an agent of your company Edina Realty.
M&M Property Group, LLC is operated by Michael Grover, 600 Greenwood Ave, #24, Tracy, Minnesota, 56175. Michael Grover’s wife (albeit legal and/or common law) is Melissa Grover.

While this is a complex situation beyond the scope of a mere letter, my developing interest in Jeff Carpenter stems from my previous reporting on a hand-written journal that was in the possession of Melissa Grover that became commonly known as the “satanic notebook”. That story and video can be found at my publication under the title “THEIR SECRET CITIES” – JESSIE CZEBOTAR DECODES SECRET SATANIC NOTEBOOK THAT SURFACED IN MINNESOTA”.

According to my sources, and based upon evidence, people, including children, have been, for years and years, living in trailers at Cedar Lane Mobile Home Park in Tracy, Minnesota. I have reason to believe that evidence I possess shows the people living in the trailers are not named as the owner of the trailer on the tax statements. I also have evidence that a man who attempted to resolve the discrepancy at City Hall was ‘trespassed’ and given Notice he can’t come back.

I was interviewed and deemed a “credible witness” by the Minneapolis FBI regarding the FBI-CIA-U.S. State Department operatives (e.g., FBI Agent Bob Hamer) that kidnapped and trafficked children for Jeffrey Epstein, and I am monitoring the trafficking of children in the State of Minnesota.
I am examining evidence to determine if human trafficking is occurring in Tracy, Minnesota and Lyon County, Minnesota.

I have reason to believe Aurora Heard, while acting as Lyon County, Minnesota Auditor, would wipe out the taxes due in advance of an ongoing fraud.

There exists a fact pattern that appears to show a complex scheme to defraud the taxpayers and deceive the public regarding this emerging scandal that merges federal funds, the movement of humans, rights violations, and attempts to change jurisdiction from local to federal through a scheme involving the U.S. Department of Interior/National Park Service.

In the spirit of due diligence, I feel compelled to confirm, through you, that the “Jeff Carpenter” who is the acting Administrator for the City of Tracy is the same “Jeff Carpenter” that is an agent of Edina Realty.
