Recordings including a file labeled “FBI OIL EXECUTIVE” have emerged that reveal that funding streams to CIA and FBI agents began as early as 2009 when Picazio orchestrated a biofuel company scheme involving “$231 MILLION” routed through Florida Ponzi Schemer Attorney Scott W. Rothstein (which has appeared in the Epstein Files).
The “FBI OIL EXECUTIVE” recordings contain multiple files and voices, including the voice of Michael James Picazio explaining how the oil company is being funded through a “drug dealer” in Miami, as well as through funds being routed from John and Maria Burgun, Plantation, Florida. John Burgun and Michael Picazio are named as officers on the Articles of Incorporation of Alternative Biofuels Technologies Inc.

Maria Burgun told news reporter Timothy Charles Holmseth that she was working with Michael Picazio when Picazio told her that he set up a “foundation” called the HaLeigh Bug Foundation in Florida. The Articles of Incorporation state HaLeigh Bug Foundation was created to “aid the search for missing child HaLeigh Cummings and/or the families of other missing or abducted children”.
Maria Burgun said she worked with Ed Butera, ibi Designs, Boca Raton, Florida, who created the official website for the HaLeigh Bug Foundation. Burgun noted that Butera was also creating a website for Alternative Biofuels Technologies Inc, which were both part of the same project and in the same folder on her computer.
Butera is the father of Ariana Grande. Butera spoke with Holmseth and provided files and information to Holmseth.
Michael Picazio was convicted of a felony in boat theft ring.
