In 2009, Timothy Charles Holmseth, an award-winning news reporter (North Dakota Newspaper Association) from East Grand Forks, Minnesota, began investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings, 5, who was reported missing from her Satsuma, Florida home.

Holmseth learned from the missing child’s mother’s (Crystal Sheffield) victims advocate, Wayanne Kruger, that their legal team included a pastor from Hastings, Florida named “John Regan”. Records developed by Private Investigator Tracy Leonard and sent to Holmseth revealed “John Regan” from “Hastings, Florida” was a CONVICTED SEX OFFENDER. In recorded interviews, Kruger, whose daughter was once presented an award by Hillary Clinton, told Holmseth that John Regan told her he was a “CIA agent” working as an “undercover pedophile” for the “FBI”. Kruger said John Regan was actually a child rapist that trafficked babies and children through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC.

Holmseth reported the information to the FBI and was interviewed at the U.S. Courthouse in Grand Forks, North Dakota in 2010 by Special Agent A.J. Eilerman, Minneapolis FBI, at the behest of the Jacksonville, Florida FBI office. Eilerman deemed Holmseth “credible”.

In January 2011, as Holmseth’s book (In Re: HaLeigh Cummings: (The Shocking Truth Revealed)) was featured all over Florida on the news, the “legal team” surrounding Crystal Sheffield (HaLeigh’s mother) announced “John Regan” had died of cancer.

Evidence shows that not only did FBI John Regan not really die – but it also shows his name was not really John Regan – it was “Bob Hamer”
