The conspiracy against Holmseth involved agents of the STATE OF MINNESOTA who were illegally assisting a felon mobster from Florida named Michael James Picazio. Picazio was represented by ROTHSTEIN ROSENFELDT & ADLER, the Florida law firm of now federal prisoner Scott W.
