EPSTEIN FILES: Kyiv Recruited Tel Aviv Enforced and the Phones Still Ring

What follows is not speculation, not conspiracy theory, not the fever dreams of internet detectives. This is documented, authenticated, stamped-by-the-Department-of-Justice evidence of an international trafficking network that recruited in Kyiv, processed in Tel Aviv, and enforced its will in Hebrew, two weeks after Jeffrey Epstein’s death. The FBI has 98% of the evidence locked in vaults. The media has already mobilised to tell you that reading these documents makes you a Russian asset. They are hoping you look away. Don’t.

The warning arrived in a language that betrayed everything. Not the Russian you might expect from a Ukrainian operation, not the English of American handlers, but Hebrew—raw, contemptuous, demanding. “Garbage, where are you? We are waiting at the train, come! (EFTA00078198 | Page 8). The message seared across the screen of a trafficking victim’s phone in early August 2019, two weeks after Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in a Manhattan jail cell, under circumstances that would strain the credulity of a B-movie script. The sender knew the number was traceable, but they did not care. They called her garbage, and they expected her to obey.

This was not supposed to exist. The official narrative was tidy: Epstein dies, the network dies with him. The Department of Justice had finally released the Epstein Files in January 2026—3.5 million pages delivered with the fanfare of transparency, in the theatre of accountability. What they did not advertise was the fraction: less than two percent (2%). 14.6 terabytes of computers, hard drives, and servers remained locked in FBI vaults, classified, buried. The three million pages they released so theatrically have transpired to be nothing short of a curated sliver designed to give the appearance of disclosure while concealing the operational core. Within that fractional disclosure sits Document EFTA00078198, a nine-page FBI interview record that obliterates the comfortable lie that Epstein’s death ended his criminal enterprise. The Hebrew threats continued after the supposed suicide. The Ukrainian phone lines stayed active. The enforcement mechanisms persisted, and if this is what they deemed safe enough to release—Hebrew death threats, active Ukrainian phone infrastructure, explicit references to Israeli destinations—then the ninety-eight per cent they still hide must constitute a map of hell.

What the document exposes is not an isolated criminal operation but rather a node within a documented, long-established trafficking ecosystem. According to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, between 2017 and 2020, Israel was the second-largest destination country for Ukrainian trafficking victims after Russia. The report is unambiguous: Russia received the most Ukrainian victims, followed by Israel, then Turkey, Germany, and Poland. This is not an anecdote. This is systematic data showing a flow of human beings from Kyiv to Tel Aviv that predates Epstein’s operations and outlives his death. The Epstein network was not an aberration; only the premium tier of a trafficking pipeline that has moved thousands of Ukrainian women to Israel, that continues to function today, and that has operated with such regularity that it has become a feature of the geopolitical landscape rather than a bug.

The Longest Corridor

To understand what EFTA00078198 reveals, you must first understand that the corridor it documents is not recent. It is ancient by the standards of organised crime, a well-established pipeline documented repeatedly by international organisations, tolerated by law enforcement, and exploited by networks with such consistency that it has achieved the status of infrastructure. A 2001 study titled Trafficking in Women to Israel and Forced Prostitution documented how women were “tricked only when they are dropped off at brothels or introduced to their first clients”. Even then, the pattern was established: recruitment in Ukraine, transit through criminal networks, exploitation in Israel. The architecture was already in place when Epstein entered the market.

The wartime escalation has only intensified the flow. Following Russia’s 2022 invasion, the UNODC reported that the conflict “increased the risks for potential victims since it forced millions of Ukrainians to flee their homes”. The 2014 war in Donbas had already caused Ukrainian victim detections in Eastern Europe to quadruple. The 2022 invasion created a new surge, with 10,280 Ukrainian citizens arriving in Israel between February and March 2022 alone, many fleeing directly into the arms of traffickers who haunted Ben Gurion Airport and spiked online demand for “new Ukrainian refugees” as a category in the prostitution markets. Israeli authorities documented the consequences, “banishing” 247 Ukrainians since the start of fighting, including “those who came here to engage in prostitution, some of whom were victims of human trafficking who were brought over from there”. Reports surfaced of specific attempts at Ben Gurion to lure female refugees, and Ukrainian women seeking refuge faced rape, sexual harassment, and workplace exploitation at the hands of the very networks meant to help them.

This is the ecosystem into which Epstein’s network plugged itself. It did not create the infrastructure. It exploited an existing, well-documented trafficking corridor that has moved thousands of women from Ukraine to Israel using methods identical to those documented in EFTA00078198. The Hebrew threats make sense only when you understand that the corridor was already humming, that the phone lines were already active, that the enforcers already had their scripts written in the language of the destination country.

The Recruitment Machine

The Ukrainian phone numbers in EFTA00078198 were not random contacts. They connected to a documented recruitment infrastructure that funnelled women from Kyiv to Epstein’s network through modelling agencies that remain in business today, with their doors open, phones ringing, and Instagram accounts active. The February 2026 document release names them specifically: Linea 12 Models and L-Models, both founded in the 1990s, both still operating in Kyiv despite their documented roles in feeding victims to Epstein’s network.

Linea 12 Models was headed by Masha Manyuk, a Ukrainian television personality and model who moved through Kyiv’s elite circles with the ease of someone who knows where the bodies are buried. She specifically denies all allegations, claiming the correspondence was standard professional practice, though she admits to sending “50,000 such messages” while asserting the accuser was never her agency’s model. On October 28, 2010, Jean-Luc Brunel, Epstein’s longtime procurer and fellow defendant in trafficking charges that would never reach trial, forwarded his correspondence with Manyuk directly to Epstein. The email discussed organising official travel to New York for a Ukrainian model under the auspices of MC2 Management. Ten days earlier, an unknown sender had emailed Epstein recommending both Linea 12 and L-Models as “the best” in Kyiv, adding a casual afterthought that should have triggered alarms: “All the other small agencies, if you need, I will find contacts, but most of all its cheap escort.” The email included photos of women with instructions to select preferred candidates. Deeper into the machinery lay One (1)Mother Agency, which Brunel may have created with a Ukrainian associate named Volodymyr Yudashkin in 2014. Yudashkin would later testify that the agencies were financially tied, that the Ukrainian office was “obliged to send its models to MC2,” and that he had lied to the women about what awaited them in New York and Miami. “I had to lie to the models about ‘MC2,’ and it was unbearable for me,” he admitted before leaving the operation in 2017. Other women sued 1Mother Agency for pressure and fraud, accusing management of forcing them to work exclusively with MC2 because both companies shared common owners. The recruitment was systematic, mandatory, and industrial in scale—Ukrainian women fed into a pipeline disguised as professional representation, their images circulated for selection, their travel arranged, their fates sealed long before they boarded the planes. But the Kyiv agencies were only the entry point. The critical hub sat in Odesa (Odessa), the Black Sea port city that has served for decades as the primary smuggling corridor connecting Ukraine to international trafficking networks. The Ukrainian mafia has established power bases in Israel following waves of immigration, including what organised crime researchers describe as “criminal elements intent on profiting illegally from the open borders”. Odesa is documented as “an infamous smugglers’ haven and a key hub in post-Soviet global trafficking networks,” the most infamous Ukrainian criminal organisation, involved in drug trafficking, human trafficking, and the movement of contraband across borders with the efficiency of a multinational corporation. The February 2026 Epstein Files mention Odesa at least two hundred times. This is not coincidental. Odesa was the operational heart of the network, the place where Ukrainian recruits transitioned from aspiring models to trafficked commodities, where the paperwork was arranged, where the smuggling routes converged before dispersing to Tel Aviv, New York, and the private islands of the Caribbean.

The Hebrew threats in EFTA00078198 were the enforcement language of the network’s Israeli hub: MC2 Model Management’s Tel Aviv office, founded and operated by Ofer Refaeli, a modeling industry veteran who established the agency in 2000 at 21 Daniel Street. Refaeli brought thirty years of experience to the Israeli market, but the February 2026 documents reveal something far more sinister than a booking agent. Refaeli maintained close professional relationships with both Jean-Luc Brunel and Jeffrey Epstein. He directed MC2’s New York and Miami subsidiaries during what investigators call “key periods of the scandal”. According to testimonies based on the released documents, “other branches of the agency would have made available hundreds of young girls, often from disadvantaged backgrounds, under the pretext of offering them a promising modelling career”. The Tel Aviv office was not merely processing paperwork.

It was the coordination node for an international trafficking network, the place where Ukrainian recruits were received, processed, and dispatched to their final destinations. Epstein provided a one-million-dollar line of credit to MC2, funding operations across all locations, binding the network together with financial ties that ensured loyalty and silence. The money flowed from Epstein to MC2, from MC2 to the Ukrainian agencies, from the agencies to the recruiters who prowled Kyiv’s model scene and Odesa’s port district. The Hebrew language of the threats was the language of the destination country, the language of the coordinators who allegedly managed the infrastructure from MC2 Tel Aviv.

The Protection

The systematic nature of this corridor becomes undeniable when you examine the parallel operations that Israeli police have repeatedly busted—networks using identical methods, identical infrastructure, and identical Ukrainian-Israeli coordination, operating alongside and independently of Epstein’s enterprise. In January 2020, Israeli police dismantled the “Ibiza Escort” ring, which allegedly brought dozens of women from Ukraine to Israel for prostitution, operating from the Tel Aviv suburb of Givatayim. The ring made contact with women while they were still in Ukraine, used intermediaries who sent videos and images to Israeli recruiters, arranged travel and living quarters, and managed the women as prostitutes. The head of the organisation earned over eleven million shekels, approximately $3.2 million, in recent months alone. Women appeared on handbills distributed throughout cities. The method was identical to the Epstein network, including Ukrainian recruitment, Israeli processing, and systematic exploitation.

The parallel is precise and devastating: the 2015 Israeli police bust specifically targeted women who “had worked as models,” using the identical recruitment vector that Linea 12, L-Models, and 1Mother Agency employed for Epstein’s network. This constitutes evidence of standardised methodology, industry practice for the Ukraine-Israel trafficking corridor.

In April 2023, Israeli police arrested fifteen suspects in a human trafficking ring smuggling women from Ukraine and Belarus, a complex hierarchical network that located women online, brought them to Israel under tourist visas and aliases, assigned price tags, marketed them on websites, and in some cases, drugged them with crystal meth so they could service multiple men in a single day. The network rolled in millions of dollars, aided by traffickers in Belarus and Ukraine. The recruitment vector was the same. The infrastructure was the same. Only the clients differed.

The contradiction is devastating: Israeli law enforcement could repeatedly bust Ukraine-Israel trafficking rings in 2015, 2020, and 2023, while Epstein’s network operated with impunity for three decades. The protection of this network becomes comprehensible only when you understand the intelligence nexus that shielded it. Robert Maxwell, Ghislaine’s father, was a confirmed Mossad asset. His funeral drew multiple Israeli prime ministers; Shimon Peres delivered the eulogy. Ari Ben-Menashe, a former Israeli intelligence officer, states he met both Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell in the 1980s while they were already working with Israeli intelligence, running honeytrap operations for Mossad. U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta admitted that when he handled Epstein’s 2008 prosecution, he was told Epstein “belonged to intelligence” and to leave it alone. That plea deal shielded co-conspirators across multiple states and effectively immunised the network from serious consequences. An FBI source document from October 2020 explicitly described Epstein as “a co-opted Mossad agent” trained as a spy. Ehud Barak, former Israeli Prime Minister and Defense Minister, met with Epstein thirty-six times between 2013 and 2017, photographed leaving his Manhattan residence with his face covered.

The FBI’s protection of this network extended beyond inaction to active destruction of evidence. In June 2024, an FBI agent received authorisation to destroy evidence item 1B60—the master recording of archived video from Epstein’s cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center. The agent physically removed the hard drive from the jail’s camera system, wiping all footage from the night Epstein died. A witness had explicitly warned prison personnel that replacing both drives would wipe all stored information, yet the FBI proceeded anyway, destroying the original evidence before releasing a rebuilt version. They did not lose the footage. They erased it. And they expect the public to move on.aa+2

This pattern of evidence suppression spans decades. During the 2005 Palm Beach investigation, FBI agents discovered that six computer hard drives in Epstein’s house had been hastily removed, leaving dangling wires attached to monitors. In the 2019 raid on Epstein’s Manhattan mansion, agents found two bins filled with computer hard drives—already marked with evidence tape from 2006, suggesting these were the same drives from the original investigation, meaning evidence sat unexamined for thirteen years. The 2019 raid also revealed that FBI agents had seized 40-plus computers from Epstein Island, devices that remain locked in the 98% of unreleased evidence. In 2019 testimony, FBI Special Agent Kelly Maguire revealed that agents raiding Epstein’s residence found a safe containing CDs, hard drives, cash, jewellery, and passports, but, lacking a valid warrant, only photographed the items, which had vanished by the time they returned days later.

Maria Farmer’s August 1996 FBI complaint flagging child pornography connected to Epstein and Maxwell was filed, categorised, and given an investigation number. Then nothing. Six FBI directors held office while it gathered dust, including Freeh, Mueller, Comey, McCabe, Wray, and Patel. Ten Attorneys General, including Reno, Ashcroft, Gonzales, Mukasey, Holder, Lynch, Sessions, Whitaker, Barr, and Garland. Administrations changed, and parties alternated, but the one constant was that nobody touched Epstein’s operation. Because he belonged to intelligence.

The coordinated suppression of this story in February 2026 revealed the true depth of the protection racket. Within forty-eight hours of the January file release, a mainstream media offensive deployed identical language across multiple outlets to frame any examination of Ukrainian connections as “Kremlin disinformation.”  The sheer audacity is breathtaking. They do not deny that the Ukrainian phone numbers exist or that they are in authenticated DOJ documents. They do not deny that the Hebrew threats occurred or that the screenshots are in the public files. They do not even deny Israel was referenced as a destination, because it is there in black and white, page 6 of 9 of the Epstein file EFTA00078198. They do not deny the Israeli police busts, the Odesa hub, the modelling agency recruitment, or the UNODC data. Their strategy is more insidious than denial: acknowledge the facts exist, then poison anyone who examines them as a Kremlin asset. Inoculate the public against pattern recognition. Train people to hear “Ukrainian phone numbers” plus “Hebrew threats” plus “Israeli destination” and immediately think “Russian propaganda” rather than “intelligence operation” or “documented trafficking corridor.”

The Garbage They Called Her

As of February 2026, the Ukrainian modelling agencies named in Epstein’s correspondence remain operational and have faced no legal consequences. Masha Manyuk continues to head Linea 12 Models in Kyiv, her denials unchallenged by Ukrainian authorities. L-Models co-founders Iryna Timofeeva and Stas Yankeleviy maintain their business, insisting they have “never had anything to do with escort services, also not in connection with the Jeffrey Epstein case” despite the documented email recommendations to Epstein. Ukraine has opened no known investigation into these agencies. MC2 Tel Aviv remains operational under Ofer Refaeli’s leadership.

The Israeli office that allegedly “made available hundreds of underage models” continues booking models today, its connection to the Epstein network documented but not prosecuted. Odesa continues to function as an infamous smugglers’ haven. The Ukraine-Israel trafficking corridor continues to move victims, as documented by Israeli police arrests in 2020, 2023, and beyond. The Epstein documents uncover fresh links between the late sex offender and Ukraine. These links, as described by the Berliner Zeitung, extend into the upper echelons of Kyiv’s political scene.

The network’s targeting of children extends beyond the Epstein Files into ongoing operations. The December 2025 “Hope for Life” case revealed a transnational network fronted by a U.S. charity that raised millions in the name of sick Ukrainian children, delivering less than one percent to intended patients. Yaroslav Shilkloper, a Ukrainian-Israeli dual citizen, coordinated cross-border cash flow and pleaded guilty to wire fraud involving at least $2.8 million stolen from American donors. A joint investigative task force linking the United States, Ukraine, and Israel is mapping the full extent of the network, while Israel’s Justice Ministry opened an inquiry into charities exploiting Hebrew branding to lure foreign donations. This demonstrates that Ukrainian-Israeli criminal networks specifically target children, operate across multiple jurisdictions with impunity, and use the same dual-citizen coordination structure documented in EFTA00078198. The 98% of the unreleased FBI evidence remains classified. The hard drives, the servers, the computers that would show who continued operations after August 2019, who sent the Hebrew threats, who maintains the Ukrainian phone lines today, who pays the bills for the Odesa hub—all of it remains hidden. The only thing that ended in 2019 was the pretense of accountability.

But the network did not end. Consider the timeline that proves it: In May 2019, one month before the Hebrew death threats, Epstein was actively engaged in Ukrainian political intelligence collection. He instructed a Ukrainian woman to ” start reading about politics in Ukraine, including Zelensky, corruption, and parliament“, telling her “, Huge amounts of money will be made. Huge. I’d like to see you as a female oligarch.” On June 10, 2019, an email stated, “Visiting Zelensky this Thursday.” The August 2019 Hebrew threats occurred not in a vacuum of trafficking enforcement, but during active intelligence collection on Ukraine’s new president. The network served dual purposes—sexual exploitation and political intelligence—and the threats enforced silence about both.

The network is still running, and the question is not whether it exists. The question is who is still paying the phone bills in Kyiv, who maintains the Odesa hub, who coordinates the transfers between Tel Aviv and New York, and why the Department of Justice has decided you should not know, while simultaneously coordinating with media outlets to label the documented evidence “Kremlin disinformation,” when the second-largest destination for Ukrainian trafficking victims is Israel. The story is not Russian propaganda; it is systematic and organised. The DOJ Epstein files reveal a protected child sexual exploitation industry operating through an international trafficking corridor that connects the modelling agencies of Kyiv to the processing centres of Tel Aviv to the brownstones of Manhattan and the private islands of the Caribbean. Although it is confirmed by reputable international organisations and international law enforcement agencies, it is actively suppressed by the institutions that claim to protect the vulnerable. The two per cent they released tells us everything we need to know about the infrastructure. The 98% they hide tells us why they fear us knowing who truly operates it.

The Hebrew threats continued after Epstein’s death because the network was never his alone. It was a compartment of something larger, something that survived him, something that still pulls the strings of recruitment in Ukraine, coordination in Israel, and enforcement in languages that testify to borders crossed and sovereignties subverted. They called her garbage. They called her disposable. They expected her to stay silent. But documents do not stay silent, even when 98% of them are locked in vaults. The Ukrainian phone numbers were active. The Hebrew threats were real, the Israeli destination well documented, and evidently, the network is still running.  The only conspiracy here is the conspiracy of silence that protects it.
