Leah Pisar’s Fundraising Trail Through Ghislaine Maxwell to Epstein

In the glittering world of international diplomacy, where handshakes seal fortunes and whispers shape policies, the Pisar family stands as a monument to elite entanglement. Samuel Pisar, a Holocaust survivor turned global power broker, built a legacy that intertwined his kin with corporate raiders, suspected spies, and the sordid underbelly of Jeffrey Epstein’s empire. At the heart of this web is his daughter, Leah Pisar, whose warm, chatty emails to Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s convicted accomplice in sex trafficking, reveal a chilling comfort in soliciting funds from a man whose “philanthropy” masked a network of abuse. These aren’t just polite exchanges; they’re windows into a system where “peace-building” organisations like Seeds of Peace serve as props for influence, often at the expense of the very youth they claim to uplift.

Picture the human stakes: Palestinian and Israeli teens, scarred by conflict, funnelled into programs bankrolled by a predator, while the Pisars navigated halls of power with impunity. This story isn’t about abstract connections; it’s about real people, from trafficked girls to manipulated children, caught in the gears of an unaccountable elite. Yet, to understand the depth of this complicity, we must first dissect Leah Pisar’s rise and her revealing correspondences.
Leah Pisar: From White House Insider to Epstein’s Fundraiser
Leah Pisar’s life reads like a masterclass in transatlantic privilege, but her correspondence with Maxwell exposes the moral rot beneath. Born and raised in Paris, she earned a BA in government from Harvard, an MA in political science from Sciences Po Paris, and a PhD in international relations from the University of Paris (Panthéon-Assas). Her Clinton-era roles—director of communications at the National Security Council, positions in the State Department’s Bureau of Public Affairs, and speechwriter for Ambassador Pamela Harriman in Paris—propelled her into the inner circles of U.S. foreign policy. After leaving government in 2001, she delved into academia, authoring Orage sur l’Atlantique on U.S.-France frictions over Iraq, co-editing works on transatlantic ties, and teaching at Sciences Po from 2013 to 2018. (Leah Pisar CV)
As rapporteur for the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) task force “Renewing the Atlantic Partnership,” chaired by Henry Kissinger and Lawrence Summers, and initiated by Leslie H. Gelb, Leah synthesised discussions on strengthening U.S.-Europe bonds, essentially shaping elite consensus on global alliances. But the CFR’s own ties to Epstein cast a shadow over his 15-year membership during which Epstein donated $350,000, landing in the Chairman’s Circle, the top donor tier. Yet after his 2008 guilty plea to sex crimes, CFR leaders admitted they never even discussed handling his funds, per a Washington Post investigation. Leah’s role in this Kissinger-Summers orbit underscores her embeddedness in a network that overlooked Epstein’s predations for financial gain.
Her emails (EFTA00578682) to Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s partner in crime, humanise this complicity with a mix of flattery and opportunism. In December 2002, Leah reached out casually: “Dear Ghislaine: It was great speaking with you the other day”, adding in French, “Salut ma belle. Je viens de t’envoyer toute la propagande sur Seeds of Peace.” (translation: “Hi beautiful. I just sent you all the propaganda about Seeds of Peace“) (EFTA00578686), pitching Maxwell and ultimately Jeffrey Epstein for corporate sponsorship from Victoria’s Secret, and espcially the L Brand Foundation tied to Epstein’s enabler Les Wexner.

The French definition for the word “propagande is as follows:
“Propaganda is a set of persuasive techniques used to spread an opinion or ideology by all available means. These techniques are employed on a population in order to influence, or even indoctrinate, it.”
This self-aware dismissal of the Seed of Peace program as “propaganda” is very concerning and betrays a cynicism, positioning Leah, wittingly or not, as a conduit in Epstein’s web, where donations bought influence amid his trafficking of girls as young as 12 (EFTA00578722). Reinforcing this direct access, Leah Pisar appears in Epstein’s unredacted “little black book” (page 87) with two phone numbers listed under “Ranch”. These solicitations didn’t happen in isolation, though; they fueled an organisation deeply embedded in geopolitical manoeuvring.
Leah touted the January 14, 2003, event honouring Bill Clinton, with Janeane Garofalo hosting and the Barenaked Ladies performing, suggesting fashion show tickets for auction to lure “young men” bidding on models like Gisele (presumably Gisele Bündchen). She aligned it with Victoria’s Secret’s ethos of “developing future leaders” and “fostering cultural understanding,” ignoring the brand’s exploitative history under Wexner, where Epstein posed as a recruiter to assault women. The 2003 Seeds of Peace Annual Report confirms that William Jefferson Clinton (Bill Clinton), George H.W. Bush and former Prime Minister of Israel Shimon Peres were members of the Advisory Board, something that would have undoubtedly attracted Epstein.
By January 2003, Leah’s gratitude overflowed: “I don’t know how to thank you… I am personally deeply moved and, on behalf of Seeds, utterly delighted by your contribution.” (EFTA00578722). She joked about Maxwell in a “skimpy lithe bikini” in the Caribbean (Epstein Little St James Island), promised to drag her to an event to “make you cry,” before extending her “warm and enthusiastic thanks and regards to “the great man” Jeffrey Epstein.
Seeds of Peace: Propaganda Masquerading as Philanthropy
Seeds of Peace, the beneficiary of Epstein’s largesse, exemplifies how such “charity” veils geopolitical agendas. A U.S. nonprofit under 501(c)(3) status, it was founded in 1993 specifically to advance Arab-Israeli peace by uniting teens from conflict zones before hatred hardens. Yet its Israeli connections are explicit and central: it runs dedicated programs for Israeli and Palestinian youth, including an Israeli Core Leadership Program for grades 9-12 students, featuring five subsidised seminars yearly to build critical thinking, dialogue, and leadership skills. Open to diverse backgrounds with English proficiency, it emphasises curiosity and motivation, tying directly to the mission of transforming Arab-Israeli relations through youth engagement. Partners like the U.S. State Department and USAID ( a known CIA front) have funded it since 2000, enabling camp operations and expansions. Some argue this approach places unequal burdens on participants from oppressed groups, like the Palestinians of Gaza and the West Bank, and fails to address power imbalances. In the context of ongoing wars, such as the Israel-Gaza conflict, former participants and staff express that while the program built relationships, it avoided taking a position on particulars like military occupation or borders, and couldn’t fully prepare them for the scale of violence or prevent divisions among alumni.
Epstein’s support, confirmed in his lawyer Gerald B. Lefcourt’s 2007 letter (EFTA00176507) to Florida prosecutors, listed Seeds of Peace alongside Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (FIDF), the Jewish National Fund, and Hillel, part of a plea for leniency in his underage prostitution case.
But this pattern extends further. Newly released documents show Epstein donated $25,000 to FIDF in 2005 and $15,000 to the Jewish National Fund (KKL-JNF), which finances illegal West Bank settlements (EFTA01714002). Imagine the betrayal: Afghan, Balkan, or Middle Eastern kids, already traumatised, participating in “coexistence” initiatives at Jerusalem’s center, unaware their benefactor’s “generosity” stemmed from a man who exploited vulnerability while funding military and settlement infrastructure. Leah’s solicitations amplified this, framing Seeds as “amazing” while privately calling it propaganda, all while Epstein’s ties to Wexner’s Victoria’s Secret, where he allegedly groomed victims like Alicia Arden and Maria Farmer, echoed the auction pitch’s objectification. This fusion of “peace” with predation traces back to the family’s patriarch, whose own survival story morphed into elite opportunism.
Samuel Pisar: Survivor Turned Shadow Broker
Samuel Pisar’s own trajectory from survivor to enabler deepens the family’s shadow. One of Auschwitz, Dachau, and Majdanek’s youngest survivors, he scavenged post-war Germany, later admitting he could have turned “terrorist or gangster” without luck. Migrating to Australia, then the U.S., he Harvard-educated himself into an international lawyer, advising JFK on economics and representing the American Jewish oil magnate Armand Hammer and his Soviet ventures. Hammer was a U.S.-USSR and USSR-Israel backchanneler whose ties to intelligence services and other dubious activities were exposed in “The Dossier: The Secret History of Armand Hammer,” by Edward Jay Epstein.
Pisar pushed a “unified world economy”, ignoring borders, even ideological ones, and guided Steve Jobs to the USSR, where he suspected Pisar’s CIA or KGB ties. But his bonds with corporate raiders like James Goldsmith (ally to Jacob Rothschild and Kerry Packer in tobacco and news takeovers) and Robert Maxwell—Ghislaine’s father, a media mogul and suspected Mossad agent—reveal the predation. Maxwell, who raided pensions for Israel’s ops and died mysteriously in 1991 (Pisar possibly his last call), trusted him as lawyer and confidant.

Post-Maxwell, Samuel advised Jeffrey Epstein directly, acting as intermediary with the French law firm Berlioz for family office and routine affairs, including tax, estate planning, and leveraging his unparalleled high-level contacts, making him a figure whose address book was on a completely different level than Epstein’s. Epstein file EFTA01482517 confirms that Epstein was transferring money to the Law Office of Samuel Pisar in Newyork in 2003 from his JP Morgan private bank account, around the same time Leah Pisar was seeking financial support for Seeds of Peace from Jeffrey Epstein. The timing is uncanny.
Other emails (EFTA01805875) show Olivier Colom, ex-Sarkozy advisor, a Rothschild banker, and WEF member, discussing Leah with Epstein, who called her “clever not cute”; Colom facilitated Epstein-Ariane de Rothschild meets, blending business with crude banter about “girls” on Epstein’s island. Samuel’s death in 2015 from pneumonia at 86 left a legacy where elite networks prioritised deals over decency, humanised by the workers ruined by raids or girls ensnared in Epstein’s “vicious circle.”

Zionist Stronghold: Family Ties to Israel and the Unseen Victims
The Pisars’ unyielding support for Israel cements their role in this matrix, often framing security as existential while glossing over accountability. Unlike Blinken’s grandfather, Maurice H. Blinken, who actively advanced Zionism by commissioning economic studies to support Jewish settlement in Palestine pre-1948. While Pisar did not prominently self-identify as a Zionist in available records, his actions—advocating for Jewish rights and emigration to Israel, founding Israel-linked institutions, and maintaining close ties to the country—demonstrate clear links to Zionist ideals and figures. However, his focus remained on Holocaust memory, East-West détente, and human rights, informed by his survival of camps like Auschwitz.
Leah chairs the Aladdin Project, launched at UNESCO in 2009 to combat anti-Semitism, extremism, and Holocaust denial through Muslim-world dialogue and education; partners include the Rothschild Foundation’s Alain de Rothschild Institute. In June 2002, Anthony Blinken, sometimes referred to by the critics as the Gaza genocide enabler, posted a video on X in which he praises The Tanger’s dialogue, an event organised by Leah Pisar Project Aladdin, which he attended in person.

Honoured with France’s National Order of Merit in 2021 and the Global Hope Coalition’s Hero Award in 2019, Leah narrates her father’s “Kaddish” text with her mother Judith, channelling survival into “tolerance.” Yet this mission, like Blinken, aligns with pro-Israel narratives and often interests, addressing Europe’s “social cohesion crisis” amid accusations of normalising occupation. Judith, Samuel’s second wife and Antony Blinken’s mother, headed Paris’s American Centre, fostering U.S.-France ties that appear to have veered into questionable orbits. The family’s CFR connections and Leah’s rapporteur stint under Kissinger and Summers mirror Epstein’s unscrutinized donations, highlighting how such institutions shield the powerful.
Victims like Virginia Giuffre, alleging trafficking to Wexner, or those in Chris Hedges’ “American Satyricon” critique, remind us that elites like Trump, Clinton, Gates, and Ehud Barak escaped Maxwell’s trial, their complicity buried with Epstein’s “suicide”. This elite impunity finds parallel in broader networks, such as Epstein’s deep, years-long friendship with Noam Chomsky, marked by over 3,800 emails and texts where Epstein funded Chomsky’s causes and they discussed scandals, as well as Epstein’s genetic testing for “personalised longevity” via stem cells and gene editing, reflecting transhumanist ambitions at his New Mexico ranch.
Former Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s early foray into film production adds an untold layer, linking the Pisars to Epstein’s co-conspirators through overlooked paths. In 1990, Blinken co-founded and vice-presided over Elandil Productions Inc., together with Jaime Wolf, the founding partner of Pelosi Wolf Effron & Spates LLP, a media and entertainment law firm in New York City. Silas Shabelewska from Monaco’s elite circles was the president, seen with Prince Albert II in 1993 photos. They organised the Short Circuit Festival for emerging filmmakers, featuring Spike Lee, at Judith Pisar’s American Center in Paris.

Blinken recruited U.S. national Pamela Meiselman as public relations liaison, sending her abroad; she handled PR for Elandil, promoting foreign films stateside via prior PMK work. Post-festival, Meiselman stayed in France, marrying Bertrand Boulet in 1994 to become Pamela Boulet. She was interviewed by the outlet Girls’ Guide to Paris in 2021, and her name appears in the Epstein Black book under “Pamela”, where she is listed as a way to get in contact with Jean-Luc Brunel(page 8).

IMAGE: Elindil Productions Leadership and a screenshot from an article discussing Elendil
A July 1994 article from the New York Times confirms that Pamela Boulet (born Pamela Abbe Meiselman) pivoted to assistant director at Karin Models, run by Jean-Luc Brunel, Epstein’s alleged partner in supplying young girls, often minors, who was investigated for rape and sex trafficking in France. Brunel, like Epstein, died in prison in 2022, officially a suicide amid many doubts, and a death certificate that was never made public. This transition from Blinken’s company to Brunel’s agency, where models were reportedly groomed, highlights some uncomfortable connections and networks, where aspiring talents, lured by glamour, were funnelled into exploitation. Shabelewska’s Monaco ties evoke further shadows, with Princess Stephanie of Monaco, Prince Albert’s elder sister, engaged to ex-playboy and businessman, Jean-Yves Le Fur, another close friend of Jean Luc Brunel, whose name is listed in Epstein’s black book (page 32), and who died in 2024 from “cancer”.
No one has properly connected these dots before, but they suggest how cultural ventures masked darker recruitments, with Meiselman-Boulet’s role bridging innocent ambition to predatory networks. Adding context, Blinken and Ghislaine Maxwell’s Paris lives overlapped in youth (Blinken born 1962, Maxwell 1961), and a 2025 Duke talk by Blinken highlighted Samuel Pisar’s Holocaust survival as shaping his diplomacy. In weaving these threads together, the full picture emerges of a dynasty built on survival, secrets and often questionable relationships. The on
This dynasty’s story isn’t just scandal; it’s an indictment of how power perpetuates itself, from Samuel’s Corporate raiders’ alliances to Leah’s propaganda pitches and friendship with GhilaineMaxwell. In a world where Epstein’s videos vanished into FBI voids and Maxwell’s trial spared the mighty, the Pisars thrive and their “peace” and “dialogue” veils complicity. However, the human toll, the trafficked teens and the pension-less families, demands exposure. A grim reminder that benevolence often hides betrayal.
