Mar. 30, WSJ: Trump told aides he’s willing to end the U.S. military campaign against Iran even if the Strait of Hormuz remains largely closed, likely extending Tehran’s firm grip on the waterway and leaving a complex operation to reopen it for a later date.
In recent days, Trump and his aides assessed that a mission to pry open the chokepoint would push the conflict beyond his timeline of four to six weeks. He decided that the U.S. should achieve its main goals of hobbling Iran’s navy and its missile stocks and wind down current hostilities while pressuring Tehran diplomatically to resume the free flow of trade. If that fails, Washington would press allies in Europe and the Gulf to take the lead on reopening the strait, the officials said.

~ Is it for US to remove itself from this conflict? Which would mean it would be the Globalists [Israel] against Iran. By shifting its position, is the Alliance signalling to Israel that any further escalation, and the potential of this being a “forever war” will be at their expense with their own military materiel, personnel?

Globalists [NATO-Europe, Iran faction, GCC, Israel, Ukraine]
1) By US Republic stating its removal of US military materiel, personnel, is the aim to weaken the Globalists defense framework? Where perhaps the individual EU, GCC nations are being forced to negotiate directly with US.
Is the goal to cause “internal erosion” where the Alliance is exploiting economic vulnerabilities domestically, creating “divergent interests,” where the nations are being forced to prioritize their own survival vs the collective objectives of their alliance?
2) Is Trump’s aim to shift the collective perception of Americans from a “forever war” scenerio to a managed end with US in control of this outcome? The transition to “peace through…
strength”.
3) Are Trump’s statements designed to assert US primacy in decision-making through unilateral power projection? Where he is “leveraging through chaos”, bypassing intl. institutions in order to create a framework outside Globalists control. Is this also setting up for global justice for “crimes against humanity” within the impending “paradigm shift”?
4) By declining to divulge what exactly the overnight airstrikes hit near Isfahan,’ is the perception of the strike more important than the actual physical damage? Did Iran and US privately agree to sacrifice the infrastructure for public optics, while core assets remain protected?
Was this done primarily for “deniability & maintenance of the ruse” where the Alliance’s covert cooperation remains intact while fulfilling the need for a high-profile “kinetic” event that satisfies the public and foreign intel.?
Was this being used for “deterrence of interference” where third party cells remain out of the conflict due to perceived high volatility? Would another aim be to make the US look incompetent after the site is determined to be a “mistake” or a decoy.
