Nevertheless, Team Trump has decided this is the right time to take on Iran. If Iran can survive the first week of this war, hypothetical shortages will have become reality. Meanwhile, Iron Dome proved yet again to be a sieve. The entirety of Israeli strategy is predicated on America’s military backstop. That stops when the Americans run out of missiles, which they’ll have done in a week. Then what?
