On April 28, 2026, the United States District Court – North Carolina Eastern Division issued an Indictment against former FBI Director James Brien Comey alleging that on May 15, 2025, Comey posted a photograph of carefully arranged seashells that displayed “8647” – a threat described in the Indictment as “a serious expression of an intent to do harm to the President of the United States”. JAMES COMEY INDICTMENT

James Comey is charged with Threatening the President in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 871 (a) and Transmitting a Threat in Interstate Commerce in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 875 (c).

If convicted, Comey faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.

The U.S. Department of Justice is named as a Defendant in a federal racketeering case that was filed on November 9, 2022, in the Middle District of Tennessee by Timothy Charles Holmseth (HOLMSETH V. PAGE ET AL – RICO – MIDDLE DISTRICT OF TENNESSEE – 3:22-cv-00912)

The Holmseth RICO was filed Pro Se by Holmseth because – – – although Holmseth’s attorney, Steven Scott Biss, Virginia (Biss was originally referred to Holmseth via Sarah Westall (Minnesota) and CIA Robert David Steele), filed a lawsuit on behalf of Holmseth on January 2, 2019 – Biss tanked Holmseth’s case by missing a required filing date. 3:18-cv-00361 (Southern District of Florida). Holmseth subsequently filed 2:23-cv-00011 in Tennessee’s Eastern District after the STATE OF OHIO conspired with enemy foreign operatives against Holmseth and placed Holmseth’s name into a federal database to ‘protect‘ a person WHO HOLMSETH NEVER MET AND NEVER, EVER, ONCE COMMUNICATED WITH IN ANYWAY – and who is NOT AN AMERICAN CITIZEN.

Holmseth, an FBI witness in the Jeffrey Epstein child sex trafficking investigation, filed the TENNESSEE RICO case against multiple parties including Craig Randall (Sawman) Sawyer (Hillary Clinton’s bodyguard and lifetime protection agent assigned to Clinton by the Luciferian Brotherhood according to murder and cannibalism witness Jessie Marie Czebotar) after he fell under a sustained attack by Sawyer and others including operatives of a fake child rescue group based in Tucson, AZ called VETERANS FOR CHILD RESCUE INC. (V4CR).

Note: Attorney Steven Scott Biss authored a RICO on behalf of PLAINTIFF Randi Lynn Erickson that alleges Craig Sawyer assisted Hillary Clinton in crimes against children that included torture, sexual assault, murder, and cannibalism (cannibalism by Clinton).

In the summer of 2020 William Kevin Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida, filmed himself at the FBI building in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, where he reported that he had just met with FBI agents for “four hours” regarding what Murtaugh called “The Chaos Project” and/or “Operation Chaos”.

Murtaugh issued a veiled threat via his ‘FBI parking lot video’ to Timothy Charles Holmseth and his Power of Attorney, Christopher Edward Hallett, CEO, E~Clause LLC, Ocala, Florida, (Hallett was assassinated shortly thereafter on November 15, 2020, shot in the head in his kitchen). In 2019 Hallett issued a Lawful Notification of Process to President Donald Trump and Senator Lindsey Graham citing emolument violations in the four bogus criminal cases the STATE OF MINNESOTA brought against Holmseth to prevent Holmseth from reporting to the public what he told the Minneapolis FBI about an FBI-CIA agent named John Regan (aka FBI agent Bob Hamer), attorneys, and others, who were selling babies and kids for Jeffrey Epstein and through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC. Hallett also issued a Cease-and-Desist Order to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office in Minnesota that was served upon the Sheriff by former administrative tax judge Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota.

After leaving the FBI parking lot, Murtaugh proceeded North in his vehicle to Polk County, Minnesota where he filmed the former home of Timothy Charles Holmseth; filmed Holmseth’s old parking spot; filmed Holmseth’s former place of employment; filmed the Polk County Justice Center in Crookston, MN; and met with Rodney Hajicek at the East Grand Forks Police Department to discuss Holmseth (Holmseth no longer even lived in East Grand Forks, Minnesota).

During the same time-window in 2020 that Murtaugh was planning Operation Chaos with Minnesota FBI agents, Craig (Sawman) Sawyer, FBI agent Bob Hamer, U.S. Navy Vice Admiral Charles W. Moore, and James Hill, began a terror campaign against Holmseth under the protection of the FBI and other federal agencies that V4CR publicly stated they are working with at VETERANS FOR CHILD RESCUE INC.
