The truth behind the massive cover-up in the JonBenet Ramsey murder case may be only a DNA test away.

In December 2015, only 3 months before MI6 British intelligence operator Field McConnell announced [an enemy propaganda lie] on the Richie Allen Show that President Donald Trump conspired with Hillary Clinton and McConnell’s sister to attack the United States on September 11, 2001, Timothy Charles Holmseth submitted a letter to U.S. District Court Judge Donovan Frank in Minnesota regarding an enemy plot underway inside the United States that involved a satanist in Colorado named Bob Enyart who was operating under a CIA Christian cover-life – and forming his own “shadow government” in a 100 cities.

Holmseth alerted Judge Frank the Denver FBI had interviewed cult defectors Curtis and Danielle Kekoa, Colorado, who defected from Enyart’s fake church; the Kekoa’s having eye-witnessed the ongoings and day-to-day operations within Enyart’s sovereign foreign satanic military at Denver Bible Church.

In Holmseth’s letter to Judge Frank, he alerted the U.S. Court that Bob Enyart published a “Manifesto” declaring he was forming a “shadow government” inside the United States that would be set up in 100 different cities.

Curtis and Danielle Kekoa presented evidence to Holmseth that supported their belief that Bob Enyart was involved in the murder of the slain child JonBenet Ramsey.

In May 2021, The High Command published a video of a Colorado government child abduction team dispatched to the Kekoa’s home.

June 1, 2026 JonBenét Ramsey Homicide — Brief Summary for Review: Persons of Interest DNA-Elimination Lead – Robert Adolph Enyart and Kenneth Tyler Scott – Submitted by Danielle Kekoa, Citizen Witness, former insider of the ShadowGov and FBI Informant. “When the suspect’s background, post-murder behavior, and physical evidence are put together, the identity of this monster will be clear to someone who knows him.” — John and Patsy Ramsey, The Death of Innocence I believe I am someone who knows the identity of this “monster”, and I believe he was the intruder who left his foreign male DNA on JonBenét Ramsey. I personally knew the following individuals since 2001 as an insider, and I am requesting the DNA of the named individuals below be compared to or eliminated from the unknown male DNA and other biological evidence left at the crime scene. This brief summary is submitted to identify why I believe Robert Adolph Enyart and Kenneth Tyler Scott warrant DNA comparison or elimination in the JonBenét Ramsey homicide. My position is based on three main areas: Identity, Criminal Background (Precipitating Factors), and Post-Murder Behavior. I am also requesting action from Law Enforcement. 1. IDENTITY Robert Adolph Enyart was a Colorado pastor, anti-abortion activist, media personality, and founder of ShadowGov.com. He also authored a detailed manifesto, organizing a religious-political project to Build a Parallel Government outside existing U.S. authority to “judge rightly and execute wrath onto those who do evil”. In my view, his identity and ideology are relevant to the ransom notes linguistics including references to a “small foreign faction,” contempt for the country being served, aggressive command language, violence towards children, threats, surveillance, and the signature sign-off “Victory! S.B.T.C.” In my view, Enyart and Scott had motive, means, and opportunity through their on-going war with Boulder-related authorities, criminal history, obsession with child-killing, anti-government rhetoric, anti-abortion extremism, public protests, targeting campaigns, and familiarity with intimidation tactics and law-enforcement responses. They have used their “Christian pro-life” status to remain above suspicion and hide in plain sight for decades, which is why I believe they should be considered as persons of interest in the JonBenét Ramsey Homicide. 2. Hern for the Director of the Criminal Division in the US Department of Justice Anti-Abortion Activity at Boulder Abortion Clinic in a National Context. Warnings of domestic terrorist activities by Bob Enyart and Ken Scott. In that report, Dr. Hern documented escalating anti-abortion harassment, threats, clinic violence, assassination rhetoric, and targeted intimidation directed at abortion providers, including specific references to Kenneth Tyler Scott, and Robert “Bob” Enyart. Dr. Hern concluded that much of the encouragement to violence came from religious leaders using violent rhetoric over public airwaves, calling it “electronic fascism and terrorism.” This report is significant because it places federal authorities on notice, as early as 1995, of the same anti-abortion extremist environment and several of the same individuals later identified in my reports to police. ● October 24, 1996, (Less than two months before JonBenét’s murder) Bob Enyart had a restraining order put against him for child abuse, preventing him from being with his family on Christmas day 1996. ● December 17, 1996, (Less than ten days before JonBenét’s murder) In Scott v. Hern, the Tenth Circuit – Scott initiated a $10 million lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado against Dr. Warren Hern, Boulder police officer Gregory Idler, and others. The case arose from prior civil-commitment and restraining-order proceedings involving Scott after Dr. Hern and Boulder officials documented concern about Scott’s threats, criminal history, anti-abortion activity, and risk profile. Mental health doctors and professionals diagnosed Kenneth Tyler Scott as “[b]ipolar, HYPOMANIC-HOMICIDAL” (*See: Scott v. Hern 10th CIR. COURT OF APPEALS) This lawsuit on 12/17/96 is significant because it placed Scott and Enyart in active legal conflict with Boulder Abortionist Dr. Hern, putting them at war with Boulder authorities, and public officials just days before the Ramsey crime. In my insider opinion, this was an opportunity for Enyart’s Shadow Government to make a political and religious statement against Boulder and the “godless government” who supports “child-killing.” 3. Post-Murder Behavior The strongest reason I believe Enyart should be reviewed as a person of interest was his post-murder behavior. After JonBenét’s murder, Enyart publicly inserted himself into the case through ShadowGov.com, KGOV.com, radio commentary, public protest activity against the Ramseys, and disinformation pages with written case theories. He promoted the idea that the ransom note contained the “Clue That Breaks The Case,” focusing particularly on accusing the parents John and Patsy Ramsey of murdering their daughter and reworking the crime scene. Particularly alarming was his bizarre explanation for how the foreign male DNA appeared on JonBenét’s underwear, longjohns, and under her fingernails, as well as a detailed description on how the lone public hair got on her blanket. I believe Enyart’s writings and behavior should be reviewed as possible post-murder behavior and projection identification as he appears to be acting as an eye witness when offering these clues. Enyart positioned himself as someone who could interpret the ransom note, identify the hidden clue, and “solve” the case, while directing suspicion toward the parents. As a “Christian pro-life” pastor he claims to have authority on this case, without having any real evidence to support his allegations. Enyart’s behavior parallels several features of the ransom note: ● “Group of individuals who represent a small foreign faction” compared with his written manifesto to build a parallel government and his Shadow Government he established as an ideologically foreign anti-government faction. ● “You must follow our instructions to the letter,” “beheaded”, “she dies” repeatedly is very similar to the command language and violence Enyart speaks in his anti-abortion protest material. ● “You are under constant scrutiny,” Threats and surveillance language are known behavior to Enyart and the ShadowGov as documented by Dr. Warren Hern. ● “Law-enforcement countermeasure and tactics” language compared with the group’s familiarity with police response and legal tactics, including a Sheriff’s Deputy who is an elder of Enyart’s church and member of the ShadowGov. ● Child-killing rhetoric and projection compared with Enyart’s public accusations against the Ramseys and his own documented history of child-abuse and criminal background. ● “Victory! S.B.T.C.” compared with Enyart’s ShadowGov / “Victory” language in his manifesto and his ShadowGov The Clue Breaks The Case writings. Requested Action Test the evidence. Follow the evidence wherever it may lead. Confirm or eliminate the above named individuals. I have reported these allegations to Boulder Police, the Department of Homeland Security, Internal Affairs and the FBI since Oct 2012 and I am respectfully requesting the answer to one specific review question: Have Robert Adolph Enyart and Kenneth Tyler Scott ever been compared to, or eliminated from, the foreign male DNA or any other biological evidence recovered in the JonBenét Ramsey Homicide? If not, I ask that these individuals be considered for lawful DNA comparison or elimination using any available reference samples, criminal records, familial DNA, preserved biological material, or modern methods of forensic genetic genealogy. Because Enyart’s criminal background, ideology, public writings, protests, DNA fixation, anti-Ramsey accusations, and post-murder behavior form a concrete pattern, I believe his DNA should be tested, confirmed or eliminated through DNA comparison.
