The testimony of Jessie Marie Czebotar witnessing the torture, rape, murder, and cannibalism of a child by Hillary Clinton, with the help of a high profile former military person and federal agent, was found credible by Attorney Steven S. Biss, Charlottesville, Virginia. Biss has drafted a RICO complaint against various Defendants on behalf of his client, Randi Lynn Erickson, Minnesota. Czebotar’s experiences during training for “Queen Mother of Darkness” by the Luciferian Brotherhood is extremely vast and could fill volumes of books.

“I cannot put an exact number on the number of deaths I witnessed here. I would estimate it in the hundreds of thousands. It was well over the number I claimed I witnessed because of my refusal to participate in ritual killings. Time at these sessions did not exist because there is no time in such spiritual matters,” Jessie Czebotar said.

Below is another portion of Czebotar’s statement, which she made in regard to The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, and other facilities associated with the crimes against humanity.

“One of the greatest crimes that has been allowed to continue is that of defining the Luciferian Brotherhood as a religion, rather than defining it as being a System. I’d like my testimony to be the proof that it is more than a religion. The Luciferian Brotherhood is a System and is run like a business, government, and military. Therefore, like any System or Business, those within it who act criminally and run a criminal enterprise should be held accountable and brought to justice,” Jessie Czebotar said.

“I testify that the following locations and areas were used by members of the Luciferian Brotherhood who were employed by the U.S. Government and the U.S. Military and Intelligence for three things in the System. One, the spiritual gates. The area in the states of West Virgina, Virginia, and North Carolina are packed with small spiritual gates that are utilized for training priests and priestesses in the System in the art of operating spiritual gates that operate horizontally from point A to point B, C, D, E, ect. Second, these locations are used as Breeder Programs. Third, these locations are used by Nazis (position in System) for projects and experimentation with U.S. Military that weaponize children. The overall name for such facilities is Lebensborn. It is connected to an underground Nazi Facility. In my experience, the majority of this facility is below ground. I do not know how vast but I do believe it reaches over a three hour radius below ground. I do know it consists of a vast network of tunnels that I witnessed being used by the elite brotherhood in the transportation of children by adults dressed in U.S. Military attire and white lab coats; as well as individuals who claimed to be the children’s “teachers”,” Czebotar said.

“I testify that these facilities were working in conjunction with the following U.S. Military Bases to train children in high level positions and in Sovereign Military positions: NORAD, Chicago Dumb Base, The Carderock Division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, and the Antarctica and (upper Antarctica/Alaska) base located near Greenland. There were more military bases, but exact name and location not identified at this time,” Czebotar said.

“I testify that the jurisdiction and oversight of these facilities, including the Breeder Program, was overseen by the Vanderbilts and Whitney’s. Gloria Vanderbilt held the Grand High Priestess position in the Luciferian Brotherhood and had jurisdiction and authority over facilities that managed the Systems assets in the Eastern Quadrant; including those in the State of Virginia that I have named. Her job was to keep the System operating and running in these areas along with Laurie Cabot Kent and the other Eastern Quadrant High Priestesses. The Breeder Program overseen by the Vanderbilts and Whitney’s is massive; I witnessed, encountered, and received training from the following individuals throughout several occasions at the facilities from 1981-1987. The individuals I witnessed there were extensive, I just did not know many of their real names to identify by name,” Czebotar said.
