Six Utility Box "Murals"

Last summer I was commissioned to create murals for six utility boxes in the “South Loop” district of the City of Bloomington, MN.

Four of the boxes were vinyl wraps created from high resolution scans of my original paintings on paper.

This is what the boxes looked like before (with the East Ramp at Mall of America in the background.) I’m so glad I got to participate in this beautification project.

You paint very nicely but they do NOT belong on utility boxes. They make a place look graffiti ughlee. Please DON’T do it. They belong in a kid’s bedroom or something.
