In “The Great Taking” documentary now airing on CHD.TV, former hedge fund manager David Webb takes the audience step by step through his forensic investigation into the legal, financial and regulatory changes that have set up “the greatest crime ever contemplated … the planned confiscation of everyone’s global securities assets.”
“Legal certainty has been established that the collateral can be taken immediately and without judicial review, by entities described in court documents as ‘the protected class,’” Webb says in the film. “Even sophisticated professional investors, who were assured that their securities are ‘segregated,’ will not be protected.”
In a CHD.TV interview Saturday with Children’s Heath Defense (CHD) President and CEO Mary Holland, Webb said he has been studying global financial systems and warning of a coming “Great Taking” financial collapse for more than 20 years. His decades of hedge fund experience gave him insight into money flows and systemic risks that he believes foreshadow an orchestrated crash.
Webb spent years researching historical precedents like Great Depression-era bank closures and gold confiscation to help him understand the “playbook used by powerful banking interests during times of financial turmoil.”
He first noticed that money velocity rates showed how excessive money creation drives unstable economic bubbles. The mainstream news coverage during the 1990s Asian financial crisis aftermath did not fully explain the odd market movements he was seeing.
Digging deeper, Webb realized “the scale of the money creation during this period was very high.” He found Federal Reserve Board activity generating over 1% of gross domestic product worth of new money in one week — “an order magnitude bigger” than annual growth rates, he said.
The massive liquidity influx was not going into the real economy, Webb said, but into “destructive things … wars… various operations that are about control.”
Webb compared the state of the economy just before World War I to today’s hyper-financialized economy, saying both are about “looting” in the late phase of economic bubbles, just prior to a crash.
Webb also witnessed a decade-long campaign to change commercial banking statutes and ownership definitions, state by state, that set the stage for revoking investor property rights during defaults.
“The underpinning of the entire securities infrastructure in the U.S. is the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation, and this is the entity that was first formed to dematerialize all securities in the U.S.,” Webb said.
Webb told Holland a career CIA operative with “absolutely no background and banking or finance” was involved in this project and was later made the superintendent of banks in New York state by Nelson Rockefeller.
“It’s very clear that this was a CIA project,” he said.
The Lehman Brothers failure during the 2008 financial crisis was “teed up” to cement new precedents allowing elite creditors to seize client assets during financial busts, Webb told Holland.
The Lehman collapse involved using client assets secured through derivatives and securitized bonds as collateral, which creditors then seized.
“The bankruptcy judge said that J.P. Morgan was under ‘safe harbor’ and could take the client assets” and, as one of the largest banks, it was “certainly a member of the ‘protected class,’” Webb said. “And those words are used in the decision.”
In Webb’s view, sophisticated financial instruments promote interconnectedness and complexity in global financial markets in order to multiply collateral flows while hiding systemic risks and property rights issues.
In Webb’s assessment, creating centralized pools of assets sets up the system for secured creditors to instantly seize collateral. If widespread insolvency hits, as Webb predicts will be triggered, the “protected class” of big banks and funds will take all they can while everyday investors get “only a pro-rata share of what is left.”
“The main takeaway is that this will affect everyone everywhere, globally, all the way to the top of the system,” Webb told Holland. “This has the potential to unite people to wind this down.”
In the film, Webb said, “Central banking should be a public utility. The very idea that it
should be controlled by private interests, that is the source of all the problems for humanity.”
“The Great Taking” was produced by Webb and executive produced by Holocaust survivor Vera Sharav.
Webb has turned his efforts into a nonprofit project that aims to share this information worldwide. Both the documentary and the downloadable book are available for free on his website.

How insane are we all that we have all allowed one group of people to print money out of thin air and charge us interest on it? I feel optimistic today. There’s just too much been going on, people en masse will not be fooled this time round. I talked with two doctors this week who are telling people to stay well away from the vacc and any others which come their way. One told me big pharma is in the hands of a murderous mafia. Going to seize assets Mr. Insatiable greed? Good luck with that when all join hands and prevent your doing so. This system needed a good shake up and those at the top may just be the ones to fall in the shake up they so violently began. As they must, if humanity is to have any semblance of freedom in future generations and not be a bug eating machine-part child sex toy of the rich. Or is my impression in some way mistaken? Ordinary people have an imense responsibility today, to put down all which divides their lives from anothers and to look with one questioning mind to the source of our combined global problems. And to bring it to an end. Not violently, not in reaction against, but in the same way you protect your life when confronting any immediate danger. By ceasing to be a part of it and walking away from it. When soldiers stop fighting, every war ends. At least this day, but we best be fast, before armed robots driven by artificial stupidity are maching down our streets. We dont need to build back better anything. We need to end the unbelievable level of immoral corruption which came before.

They will be come the end of the week (fooled again). The dollar as the reserve currency is to be drastically devalued and collapsed. This will effect all Fiat currencies that are tied to it.
“If things continue on the current timeline and certain corrections are not made, this is what you are likely to see:
1. A General Announcement of what has been called NESARA/GESARA, which is essentially a military takeover and resolution of commercial corporation wrong-doing on a worldwide basis.

7. Likewise, our gripe with Donald Trump, who is likely to be returning to office, is based on the fact that he is, or would be, the President of the aforementioned British Territorial Corporation. We consider the President of that Corporation dba the United States of America, Incorporated, to be an Undeclared Foreign Agent until such time as our own Public Elections are held — not political elections, but free and honest American Public Elections for the actual Office of The President of The United States of America —which is an unincorporated civilian office within our actual government.

If there is any question about which “United States” or “United States of America” is being referenced, feel free to make your meaning explicit before signing anything.

!3. Remember that it does no good to run to the bank and try to take out Federal Reserve Notes as they will be devalued in hand or on the ledger, either way. Rather, this is a good time to take screenshots of your account statement pages or go to an ATM and get an account statement balance receipt.
14. This is also a good time to spend FRNs on food, prescriptions you may need, extra fuel and whatever else you and your family may need to get through the winter. Be practical and do what you can. Neighbors, friends, and family, stand ready to help each other.
15. It’s also a good and necessary time to spend money on your actual American Government, as it needs your support to actively pursue negotiations and recoupment actions. We are your most intractable support.
16. Don’t panic whether the news is good or bad this week; take any media furor with two grains of salt and protect your peace of mind with a healthy degree of skepticism. Both the U.S. Military and your faithful civilian government are here; they are contractually obligated to protect you, and we are here to serve our Public Good.

Those who closely read David Rogers Webb’s book and closely watch the powerful documentary film by the same name: “The Great Taking”, will never forget what they’ve seen and/or learned. People cannot unsee what they’ve seen with their very eyes.
Private owners of central banks have been, and remain today, the greatest criminal actors responsible for the greatest misery/problems experienced by humankind in this world. Those advised and/or educated by author David Rogers Webb now understand the ultimate-reality truth contained/conveyed in the Biblical passage, “For the love of money is the root of all evil”.

Clearly, this guy knows his stuff and I accept almost all of his assertions. The only thing I have issue with is his statement that this engineered take over of society is not deliberate nor organised from the top. He holds back from accusing those who own the banks of a global conspiracy. If this were true, then why have we got the WEF singing their song, Davos meetings of the mega rich each year, etc?
Are we to believe their intent is merely to understand and plan how to ride the wave coming to engulf us all? Frankly, I doubt that. If I were rich and powerful like them, I would definitely want to control the process of collapse and engineer an outcome favorable to me, (and my fellow oligarchs). No, you can bet your boots this is all being meticulously planned and orchestrated from the very top, by those who must be terrified of losing their power and money, their advantage over us useless eaters.

They had to kill off the priority creditors. As in men and women who are the employers, not the employees. What is owed to the people is an insurmountable debt. All the wealth of the Earth is not enough to settle what has been stolen through fraud and misrepresentation.
In order to avoid returning purloined assets, credit etc, it was decided that to murder off humanity would be better for them. In the same way they used WW1 and WW11 to also kill off the priority creditors of that time.
Whom benefits from this extinction level murder? Holy See, Charles Windsor and other fake European monarchs, Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London, British Crown, Government of Westminster and the Joo banking cartel.

And, in the 1950’s many stood like the States Rights Party that sought to repeal the 17th Amendment and thereby, restore their guaranteed republican form of government (Article 4 Section 4).
Should the good people of America of these United States awaken to their plight and demand the either the present or next President of the United States to take office must make an oath to immediately upon taking office repeal E.O. 2039 & 2040 and to direct congress to place before the assemblies of the several States, an amendment to repeal both 16th & 17th Amendments with a Proclamation of a full accounting by the emergency war powers military government for settlement and closure in accord with Section 9 of the Trading With The Enemy Act of 1917.
With this done, restores our grand republic an civilian due process in both law & equity. And puts America on the path of eternal happiness.

On a somewhat similar topic: Now UK Bank Bailout law became Bank Bail In law around 2014: instead of the taxpayer bearing the liability for failed banks, Deposit Holders .
Deposit Holders’ legal status changed from simply a depositor to being liable for the banks liabilities when the banks collapse. Banks can now legally seize all customers’ monies from their accounts.
I ask: what else can they pursue customers for? Can they seize their other assets as well?
I think the answer lies in looking at the wording of the 2014 law chapter and verse and I am looking at that but does anyone else know the answer. Does this term secured/unsecured creditors come in here?
