Brandy Goes Gospel?
We’ve all heard about the stories when secular artists (usually ones who grew up singing in the church) turn to gospel music once the hits aren’t rolling in anymore. With that said, Brandy’s last album Two Eleven is one of her best yet in my opinion. However, commercially, it didn’t necessarily stand up against some of her larger selling albums. There’s no word on if she’s working on a follow up album to that project, but she has taken time out to collaborate with a gospel group.
The Walls Group are a gospel quartet from my hometown of Houston, Texas. I actually learned about them through a friend. I heard their song “God On My Mind” featuring Brandy and was instantly hooked.
