In a powerful stance, American rapper Nicki Minaj has raised her voice concerning the ongoing massacres of Christians in Nigeria by Islamist militants. Her vocal concern shines a spotlight on a tragic and ongoing crisis that often remains underreported worldwide.

The urgency of the crisis calls for bold action. Christians in Nigeria must be empowered to defend themselves—perhaps even given firearms—to safeguard their lives and uphold their faith against evil. The international community, African & Western Churches and caring individuals must intervene and support those under fire, standing in solidarity with brothers and sisters facing death and destruction.
