An Urgent Call for Prayer

This is an urgent call for prayer in South Africa. The country is beset by the breakdown of the rule of law, violence, and bloodshed. Xenophobia and violence in South Africa is demonic. This is not just a physical war but it is mostly spiritual.
We do not hate anyone or seek vengeance, but we forgive those hurting and persecuting. From 1 June to 30 June 2026, let us pray—asking God for wisdom, mercy, and protection from possible attacks and deaths. We are not perfect, but we will try.
May the spirit of poverty, violence, hatred, and xenophobia be arrested. May God have mercy on us—both South Africans and foreign nationals.

May poverty and hunger—which is causing divisions—be destroyed.
May planned bloodshed and property destruction be stopped by God.
May peace and love increase between South Africans and foreign nationals like before.
Let us pray these prayers daily until 30 June 2026.
Do not be afraid. Be peaceful. Be thankful.
Do not commit crime.
In these dark times, we stand firm in faith. Prayer is our most powerful weapon against the forces of darkness and division. We call upon God’s protection, mercy, and intervention—not for revenge, but for restoration, healing, and reconciliation in our beloved South Africa.
