“The Lord is faithful in all his words
and loving in all his deeds.
The Lord supports all who fall
and raises all who are bowed down.”
Kissed again by the sun
Emerging from grief
peeking out into grey murky horizons.
Returning light saturates,
invigorates chastened dulled senses
that struggle with hope’s painful erosions.
Enduring an absence of presence.
Cowering in the dust of the earth,
a prayer brings back sanity’s guiding sense.
I am kissed again by the sun,
caressed by the prospect of reuniting.
Enthused by once more reconnecting, reacquainting.
It is truly the Lord who is faithful.
It is the Lord who raises those bowed down
the Lord, the one who supports, his love is plentiful!
