Considering Drones in Our Future

Will drones be used to control humanity?

Drones are remote-controlled, battery-powered flying machines basically. Usually controlled by a human, sometimes automated by bots. They have become popular in recent years for their use in the Ukraine/Russia war.

Drones in a Future Dystopian World

I’m not an expert on drones, nor have I researched the technology or uses in-depth. Exploring the potential they offer with a larger perspective doesn’t require this expertise, rather, it requires a knowledge of revisionist history more so.

I realize the average person doesn’t have much say in the proliferation of drone technology, any more than we do with wars started for reasons unknown.

With this said, consider the potential of drones being used to control people in a future dystopian world.

Drones powered by AI and smart technology, used for surveillance and enforcement with weapons; with heat-seeking sensors, long battery life, and hooked up to the internet and apps.

Think about it, drones built in various sizes have the potential to be the most disruptive technology to our way of life.

Everything will change when drones are flying around the air everywhere all the time.

Large taxi drones, police drones, military drones, delivery drones, etc.

And, if anyone builds up a low social credit score, they might have a drone assigned to them, to watch them closely. If they try to escape from the system, they will be hunted down and apprehended by drones as needed.

Just looking at how warplanes changed the battlefield from their emergence in WW1 until WW2 when they were much more sophisticated and effective.

Think about when drones of various sizes and capabilities are used in the future for war. We can see the effective use of drone warfare in the Ukraine vs. Russia war. It’s been used for decades in war, yet is getting more attention now with its expanded capabilities and larger internet audience.

Conclusion

The idea of drones as a technology being used for logistics or even in the military doesn’t raise red flags, yet for those of us who are aware of the conspiracy, the technology is bound to be used for nefarious purposes to control organic opposition and dissent.

Drones will change our way of life more than any other technology. From daily living to war, drones will be how the future operates in the city and country; unfortunately (like most technology), they’ll be used to control people too — and their effectiveness will be game-changing.
