“13 Shots!” - Eddie Gallagher-Backed Cop Framed for Murder - The Oldrati’s (Video)

In this 22 May 2026 published video, host Julian Dorey talks with Barbara and Drew Oldrati who are Officer Sal Oldrati’s parents, a NJ police officer currently wrongfully indicted on one count of 2nd degree Reckless Manslaughter by a manipulated grand jury, with exculpatory evidence purposely withheld.

On September 14, 2021, Mantua Township police responded to a 1:35 AM 911 call from a resident, Charles Sharp III, who reported armed burglars on his property. When Corporal Oldrati and another officer arrived, they encountered Sharp outside his home. Sharp was holding a realistic replica handgun, which he reportedly pointed toward the responding officers. 

Oldrati was initially cleared by internal investigations and returned to active duty, eventually receiving a promotion. In May 2023, under New Jersey’s mandated review laws for police-involved fatalities, the Office of Public Integrity and Accountability (OPIA) presented the case to a grand jury, which returned a manslaughter indictment. In May 2025, Mantua Township’s insurance funds agreed to pay a $450,000 settlement to Sharp’s estate to resolve a wrongful death lawsuit. The settlement included no admission of wrongdoing by the town or Oldrati. Oldrati’s trial was delayed into early 2026 due to ongoing disputes regarding the admissibility of key mental health records and evidentiary arguments. 

Sal Oldrati remains suspended without pay. His defense and family expenses have been heavily championed by advocacy groups like the Pipe Hitter Foundation, which claims that crucial exculpatory evidence, including toxicology reports and specific witness statements, was withheld during the grand jury phase.
