American Woman Charged for Food Poisoning Customer's Order in Vanderburgh County, Indiana

In a startling incident in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, Kourtney Stevenson has been arrested and charged with food tampering after allegedly pepper spraying a customer’s food during a delivery. The incident, which was captured on a home security camera, has sparked a criminal investigation and widespread concern over food safety and malicious intent.

Stevenson, who was delivering an order to a couple identified as Mark and Mandy Cardin, claims that she was attempting to spray a spider that had allegedly entered her vehicle. According to her defense, the spray accidentally went onto the food. However, prosecutors have dismissed her version of events, arguing that at the current temperature, it would be highly unlikely for a spider to be roaming inside her vehicle.
