Targeted Individuals: Once you are aware, at least you can protect yourself

Attorney Ana Toledo from Targeted Justice warns Americans about the government’s directed energy weapon programmes.  Once you are aware it exists, at least you can protect yourself from it.  “If I had known, I would have taken some precautions,” she said.

Yesterday, Jon Fleetwood interviewed Puerto Rican attorney Ana Toledo from Targeted Justice.  Targeted Justice is the world’s leading information resource for Targeted Individuals, Havana Syndrome and Anomalous Health Incidents.

A “Targeted Individual is a short name for a victim of government weaponisation,” Toledo said.  In 2023, Kash Patel – a former top official in the White House, the Department of Defence, the Intelligence Community and the Department of Justice – published his memoir, ‘Government Gangsters: The Deep State, the Truth, and the Battle for Our Democracy’, in which he discussed 278,000 Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (“FISA”) applications against Americans.  “That is who the Targeted Individuals are,” Toledo said.  These people are often average Americans who have been wrongly classified as domestic extremists or violent extremists.

“They are placed on the Terrorist Screening Database, on two secret categories of the Terrorist Screening Database reserved for people that are not a threat to national security … they are placed there under secret criteria … these people are never supposed to find out that they are on this database because it’s a blacklist for the enemies of the deep state,” she explained.

As an example of the people who were being targeted, Toledo said, “Tulsi Gabbard, Director of National Intelligence, declassified about two months ago a December 2021 memorandum by the Biden administration that classified as violent extremists anybody who opposed to covid mandates and the vaccines and the lockdowns. Those people were placed on the Terrorist Screening Database.”

Toledo, who has worked as a civil rights and environmental law attorney for over 30 years, said that she herself was placed on the list for litigating on behalf of disenfranchised environmental justice communities.

The consequences of being placed on the Terrorist Screening Database include being subjected to government surveillance, harassment and potentially even torture with directed energy weapons, as was the case in Puerto Rico in the 1950s.

Referring to a Havana Syndrome Hearing held in May 2024 by the Committee on Homeland Security, Toledo explained that these directed energy weapons can cause a range of symptoms, from feeling unwell to experiencing horrific burns and attacks, and that they can be used to make a person believe they are going crazy.

When opening the hearing, Committee Chairman August Pfluger noted that the US National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine (“NASEM”) had concluded in 2020 that the most plausible explanation for the symptoms of Havana Syndrome – such as severe headaches, dizziness, nausea, cognitive problems and a sensation of pressure on the face – was exposure to directed radio frequency energy, with psychological factors considered a secondary contributor.

However, as Toledo noted, it is not only affecting diplomatic, military and intelligence officials as the hearing suggested. She mentioned Dr. Michael Hoffer, who has said he has been prohibited from diagnosing any more civilians with Havana Syndrome, suggesting a cover-up of civilians being targeted.  She believes that Havana Syndrome is a silent epidemic in America.

Prominent neuroscientist and neuroethicist Dr. James Giordano has admitted in a Catherine Harridge interview that directed energy weapons attacks are occurring in America, and he co-authored a paper published in April of this year stating that these weapons are the likely cause of Havana Syndrome.

How are ordinary people being attacked with directed energy weapons?  Through cell or mobile phone towers.  Toledo explained how to identify a “weaponised cell tower.”  Cell towers with a level featuring four panels facing the same direction contain a microchip, she explained.  The microchip, patented by the Ericsson company, is a beam-forming chip that can fire microwave beams.  She suggests that one way to stop the Havana Syndrome epidemic is to de-weaponise these towers by removing or disabling the chip.

Toledo believes that the use of directed energy weapons against civilians began before 2016 – when Havan Syndrome became public after Canadian diplomats and US government employees and their families, assigned to the US Embassy in Havana, Cuba, began experiencing similar symptoms – but the launch of the Lockheed Martin GPS-3 satellites in 2016 marked a significant escalation of the attacks.

“So, it was in 2016 when they just went on steroids because they had the capability of tracking and attacking more people,” she said.  But “we have the first – in the United States, I think it’s 1983 – the first case of V2K [Voice-to-Skull] and satellite attacks.”

Many mass shooters have a common thread of hearing voices due to the “microwave auditory effect” or the “Frey effect,” a voice-to-skull technology that uses microwaves to communicate with people, she said.

Experts like James Lin, a professor at the University of Chicago, have written about the microwave auditory effect and its implications, and organisations like Targeted Justice are working to raise awareness about the issue and provide resources for people who believe they have been targeted.

Toledo briefly shared her personal experience as a victim of government weaponisation for 20 years and believes she was given an implant, without her knowledge or consent, during a surgery she underwent.   She emphasised the importance of awareness and protection, particularly for women who are being targeted and incapacitated.
